I admire your skill, but mostly your patience. And I think your color palette is quite unique..
I have seen that photo of you somewhere before, is that a touched up photograph or a painted copy? Either way it is good work,but starting with a 'blank' canvas it would be exceptional!

You can't possibly have seen the photo as it dates back a few years and I never posted anywhere I believe.
In the image above you see my attempt to paint on a print and modify it according to my dream world. Its been much joy in the making.
The original photo is my daughter's artistic work as a photographer.
She is very talented one.

Well, I can assure you I'm not stalking you, so maybe my remote sensing powers are kicking in?

You could well be correct, I have no exact memory.. but for sure I 'remember' that wicker chair, with you sitting in it. You did introduce me to your daughter's work a while back, maybe I saw some something similar in her photos?
Anyway.. it is a nice work.

I do not know where I get the knowledge and skill that you mention from but now and then I am invited to paint.
I then offer my hands, eyes and fingers and it feels something from a higher plane uses them
for a while until it stops and it may stop for months or even years at times..
Now is such an auspicuous period.
I would cherish to see some of your work as well Carol for I know you paint or have been painting.
Also I have been wondering what became of that book you were writing and shared a chapter or two
with us back in the days but I could not find that thread of yours to ask.
