Very interesting. Dr. David Lewis Anderson who has been working with time control for many years. Anyone interested in what is going on with time control on our planet will do well to hear what Dr. David Lewis Anderson has to say about his work in the field and what relevance it has to all of us.
He talks about bending time, slowing down time and speeding up time which includes some of his breakthroughs in technology (time reactor with a self-contained field the size of a soccer field). The medical community invested $ in this as it was looked upon as something that could slow down an organ, such as the heart. Of course the military got interested in this as they view control of time as a weapon. He disappeared in 2003 for 5 years due to security issues. He gave all he had left over to Peter Moon from his research prior to disappearing telling Peter Moon that he wouldn't see him for the next 5 years. Dr. David Lewis Anderson went under the radar but did send a coded message to Peter Moon. He had a breakthrough in time travel.
