Need your help here : A friend of mine witnessed these odd lights yesterday in the belgian sky. Any ideas what these could be ?

These odd lights appeared in the sky somewhere in Belgium above the house of a friend.
Below are his comments about it :

it was between 21 and 22 h. You can see that it was just after sunset! It was no night yet, rather twilight. I don't understand how to produce this light tubes. Light was "dancing" like something burning without emiting smoke, not doing any noise and moving neither fast nor slow. Surprisingly, there was no wind, but this not exclude that wind could existe at some altitude.

Does anyone know of any similar sightings ? Or knows what these would be ?

Or they could be those long balloons the clowns and street artists use to mould into animals, etc filled with helium with these glow sticks inserted into them.

What strikes my attention is the simetry in these " objects " in the pictures where several are shown.

Like these ones Mudra ..........  They come in much larger sizes too, or they could be tied together.

In that link you provided it also says "One came up, followed by another .........." just like balloons rise up.

I'm not saying that's definitely what they are but it makes sense to  me.

It is something to do with the connection between ISS and CERN, they are doing something in the order of capturing elusive dark matter....but without success. ALthough that is the reason why we are being heavily chemtrailed at times
