I wanted to share this link with you on how easy
it is to bake this no-knead bread. It has a moist center and crunchy
crust ~ similar to sour dough.
3 c flour
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
mix
add 1/1/2 cup water
Mix again and let sit for 19 hours. Pour out onto flour surface, pat and fold into quarters, let rise another hour or two.
Preheat
oven with casserole dish and lid in oven to 500 degrees. Pour batter
into casserole dish, cover with lid and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Take
lid off and bake for another 10 minutes. It's delicious!
I used nothing in the dish I baked the bread in. No oil or butter. It didn't stick and came out easily.
