Specter should have been hauled before a court of capital jurisdiction, and required to explain why he neglected the photo that shows Lee Oswald, at the door of the Texas School Book Depository, the building from where he is alleged to have fired, as the shots rang out.
Another little known fact is that Richard Nixon who succeeded Johnson as President, had been in Dallas on the morning of the shooting, he had flown out prior, looks like there was collusion from him as well.
