From my knowledge of running forums like this. When it remains in your outbox it means the recipient either does not want to read it (and I have had a few of them) or their inbox is full.
Im not certain Mudra responds to PMs. perhaps you could email her.
Its nothing to with your pm ability being blocked though mate.
You may pass a message on to me and I will ask if Mudra would like to receive it.
As long as thats ok with Mudras Mudras

The reason I did'nt answer your pms is that I haven't been notified of them .

I usually pick them up when I notice but in this case I was completely unaware
you my dear friends dropped me a note.
