    Paul Volcker, former Federal Reserve chairman, says the central bank took on even more power in the fallout from the financial crisis, and adds,"Is too much being centered in the Federal Reserve now, should there be a different arrangement? I'm not ready to take it away from the Federal Reserve entirely, but it deserves a look." Volcker spoke to Impact Players' Robert Wolf, an outside advisor and major fundraiser for President Obama.
