    The only thing is that I dilute It by having it half creme w/ some sugar...

    Despite that story being carried by Natural News, I have doubts about the veracity of that information
    and it's true intent.

    Everything I have ever heard about coffee is not good and it's often a contributing factor
    to many diseases including diabetes, cancer, adrenal fatigue etc etc...

    Caffeine is actually a toxin and poison to the body and activates the flight or fight response.

    How can that be good? Shocked
