Hi , i tend to replace the meat in the meal i cook for my family with another plant based protein for myself, this happened naturally early this year and i dont miss it at all

I love veges, fruits , nuts and enjoy vegetarian restaurants where they cook everything I don't bother to do myself.
My diet has become mostly raw these days and my body seems to be able to sustain on very little too.
What about you Scottaleger ? What type of food do you enjoy to eat ?

I like Vegetarian recipes . Mostly I like green and boiled vegetable and Salad also.
