Don't know if this has been posted previously however this has the "smell" of another 911 false flag scenario in this case environmental...

No joke: Goldman Sachs shorted Gulf of Mexico

It turns out that Goldman Sachs really did place shorts on TransOcean stock days before the explosions rocked the rig in the Gulf of Mexico sending stocks plunging while GS profits soared -- benefitting once again from a huge disaster, having done the same with airline stocks prior to 911 then again with the housing bubble.
    by Sterling D. Allan
    Pure Energy Systems News

On Apr. 30, the Huffington Post published a story stating:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>
In what is looming as another public relations predicament for Goldman Sachs, the banking giant admitted today that it made "a substantial financial bet against the Gulf of Mexico" one day before the sinking of an oil rig in that body of water.

The new revelations came to light after government investigators turned up new emails from Goldman employee Fabrice "Fabulous Fab" Tourre in which he bragged to a girlfriend that the firm was taking a "big short" position on the Gulf.

"One oil rig goes down and we're going to be rolling in dough," Mr. Tourre wrote in one email. "Suck it, fishies and birdies!" </BLOCKQUOTE>

    google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);

Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 Blank
Not being aware that the author, Andy Borowitz, is a comedian, scores of Internet sites ran with the story as being genuine. As of today, Google search on <Goldman Sachs shorted "Gulf of Mexico"> pulls up 207,000 returns, beginning with the Huffington Post link. Many, such as Infowars, pulled their stories when they realized the mistake.

    Christopher Rudy noted:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>
The news about Goldman's bet against the Gulf comes on the heels of embarrassing revelations that the firm had taken a short position on the housing bubble, profiting from economic collapse, followed by more billions in government bailout support that paid out a couple billion in bonuses to thousands of loyal Goldman "officers" (corporate stakeholders).

We shouldn't be surprised. The owners of Goldman Sachs are the same Rothchilds co-owners of the privately held Federal Reserve Banking System, and they know how to play this game. Watch how Congress capitulates to Wall Street losses that the lap-dog press attributes to "bankster bashing". </BLOCKQUOTE>
Goldman Sachs just settled with the SEC for $450,000 (one guy's salary for a month; or the price of one nicer home lost, among millions due to the collapse) as punishment for shorting the mortgage balloon. (Ref.) They made billions in the crime.

StreetInsider.com reported on April 30 in their "Top 10" recap for that week:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>
Shares of Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) fell about 7% this week as execs were grilled on Capitol Hill and then, later in the week, the SEC referred its fraud case against the firm to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution. While much of Wall Street cheered Lloyd Blankfein's snappy responses to an onslaught of questions, Main Street rejoiced as Carl Levin "stumped" other execs with "meaningful" interrogation tactics aimed at exposing the corruption within the US financial industry. </BLOCKQUOTE>
You can certainly see why people would be quick to believe the comedian's satire piece about Goldman Sach's shorting the Gulf of Mexico.

However, just because his piece was satire, doesn't mean there isn't something to it. The reason humor is funny is because it lampoons reality, providing an exaggerative and simplified caricature to bring out the key issues in a non-threatening way. Historically, especially in times of heavy oppression, the best truth tellers have been the comedians. Benjamin Franklin certainly used humor to his advantage in helping to win America's Independence.

    A. True Ott, Ph.D., wrote the following to me last night:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>
I have confirmed that there were indeed numerous "shorts" placed on TransOcean stock just days before the "problem". Was it Goldman Sachs? That is yet to be conclusively determined (there is indeed a SEC investigation ongoing) -- but labeling something as "satire" is a lawyer's shrewd trick to keep from being sued for slander -- even if it is all true. Moreover, there were massive shorts placed literally seconds after the news hit the airwaves.

Who would dare to quote the actual e-mails from "Fabulous Fab", unless the writer would post them as a "satire" - especially after what happened to the Wall Street Journal writers who dared expose the 9-11 short sales involving Goldman Sachs. (They were assigned to Afghanistan, and had fatal "accidents" there.) </BLOCKQUOTE>
Dr. Ott has subsequently confirmed from two sources that Goldman Sachs was indeed in on the shorts being placed on TransOcean stock. (See Email from Don Nicoloff documenting Goldman Sachs short puts on TransOcean stock.) And he has confirmed that the comedian was aware of that as well.

Dr. Ott had me and Paul Noel on his two-hour radio show yesterday talking about the viral article we posted, "Mother of All Gushers Could Kill Earth's Oceans".

In response to the alleged Goldman Sach's shorting story, Paul, who is an expert on the Gulf Oil subject, provided the following intelligence:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>
There is a reason they could have known the rig was going to fail up to two weeks ahead of its failure. The nature of these wells is that they leave the drill mud in the well and compress using very heavy drill mud to keep the well from blowing up unlimited. The well would begin to bump (similar to boiling a big bubble) and the acoustic signals would tell the rig was in trouble that far ahead. Goldman Sacks could just have had inside info. They also know the scale of things. This is the best explanation. It could be otherwise.

If you were going to sabotage a drilling team, all you would have to do is load a lighter mud in the mix as they pulled a drill pipe. .... There are lots of ways to have this happen either accidentally or deliberately. Goldman teams are great on statistical stuff sort of like the odds of rolling dice. They might just have figured stats for probability of a failure.??? Of course we could surmise other reasons are possible. </BLOCKQUOTE>
In our interview with Dr. Ott yesterday, both Paul and myself pointed to the magnitude of this disaster as hopefully a death knell to the oil industry, spurring people to finally provide the support needed to get the myriad of free/renewable energy technologies that have been languishing into the marketplace. These would not only be much cleaner than oil, without the huge environmental consequences and risks, but in many cases they could be cheaper than fossil-based energy; and many of them provide distributed capability removing the need for a central grid.

This revelation about those with insider knowledge in fact shorting the TransOcean stock prior to the explosions, will hopefully also spell the beginning of the end of the ultra corrupt financial faction who have wrested control over the worlds financial organs. Their days are numbered as they show their true colors in the midst of an increasingly enlightened populace who will not continue to take their abuses. These ultra power and wealth addicts need to be humbled by serving time in prison with common criminals who will not give them privileged treatment. A bullet or lethal injection would be far too merciful and dignified.

Do we have a shred of clean justice left in our corrupt government system which has been bought out, blackmailed, threatened, or otherwise brought under the control of these New World Order manipulators?

It's a dark day in which we live. But I am confident that brighter days are ahead. This time of transition is going to be a wild ride.

It appears most people need to really get hit over the head to get the agenda, (21) and it is ALL of the above.Of course it's terrorism and the rest. Do those barstewards in charge plan on going to their bunkers on Mars? or what? It's hard to step fully into their mindset. ( who would want to) Maybe they are as anaesthetized as the sheeple, just in different areas .

Meanwhile the earth's blood flows unchecked. Is this the sticky substance that will finally unite us? In life or in death. Feels like game over nearly.

I keep thinking of the words of Credo Mutwa

All I can say is we signed up for this, guess I'll read the small print next time.

so, the dolphins say it's ok to get mad, but that we're eternal , so thats all right then, here is an oldie but goodie , didn't see the oil bit at the start before.

what's come to mind, and i hate going down that road, but i remember alex jones and others showing videos of all those plastic coffins, at that time it was approx. 500,000 coffins all stacked up in georgia. near the gulf.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeqjykY5wPk

could these coffins be in preparation for obama deciding to nuke the spill? maybe they've been plannning this oil spill for years? then from all the sulfur, benzene, toxic rain, and then nuclear radiation killing peopple, they
ve stacked these coffins in advance?

    makes you wonder.

i know i need to take a break from looking at this for a while bec. it's really affecting my work, like 20% efficiency. i woke up so lethargic, depressed today.

i suggest for any of you wanting to experience these beautiful oceans, the coral reefs, to take that trip now.

It is said that the oil will reach the beaches of Europe from the gulf stream and the UK especially. Though no doubt France, Spain and Portugal will almost surely be affected too.

Perhaps this disaster is what I have been sensing these past 5 months know. I fear there is much worse news to
come very shortly – so it begins - this is a prophecy foretold – and will result in 30% of the worlds oceans turned black and poisoned.

There is another disaster about to unfold in the US and will see many people put into nice friendly FEMA camps that
the government said did not exist and many may die in an exodus north and further west inland. Many may die too from the poisonous fumes in the air and hunger from the crops dying off and fishing abandoned. I pray for these poor
souls and hope that the light beings and the Divine can help prevent this tragedy. What is potentially around the corner I hear today is that there is the possibility for a hurricane to develop. Should it do so and the conditions do
exist right now, that would be a disaster on steroids – catastrophic in the least and I do not even mention the complete devastation of many of the world’s sea creatures. What was left in the wake of Katrina will be nothing in
comparison to that of a hurricane in the current conditions. We need to all start thinking about calling up divine energies, love and compassion to send to mother earth to help heal the seas and the earth.

We must think positive about our future to undo what has been done and restore abundance, balance, compassion, harmony and love for one another..

These are sad times indeed however, we can all affect change – we that are – must at least give it our best effort
right this minute to concentrate on co-creating a better future for us all and for Mamapacha, our mother earth.

We need all light beings and light warriors to awaken to their tasks.

    Much love to you all.

Yes the whole thing is pretty surreal. Went to do a little food shopping and it's like a scene from "They Live"out there, only thing is I didn't SEE any live ones.

I was thinking it's so unfair Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 216239 that the people who have been on this arduous path of pursuing awareness have to suffer along with the lazy fools and willfull idiots who are ever so happy out and about loading their trollys with crap food and celebrity mags. Yes people CHOOSE to be ignorant.

Especially for those of us who have tried and tried to get people to wake up to even some small part of the agenda.

I wanna special dispensation Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 216239 Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 216239 Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 216239 !!! yeah, I wanna ride this out on some other place with a garden I can tend , nice beaches and drink margaritas along with all the dolphins that some video channeler above says are going to be hiding out, too. Count me IN! I'm tired of this idiocy, and the PAIN of watching it all coming ...

I'm sorry for the good people who are hurting here. I certainly have my moments. It also makes me just so incandescent with anger for so many reasons. I'll keep my anger any day over depression though.

I feel pretty certain it just has to be this way. I would dearly love to wake up tomorrow and find I was overplaying it all in my mind. But no, this appears to be IT folks. It's hard to stay positive when you examine the hideous game plan but rest assured the worse it gets the more people will finally see something that isn't on TV.
Here is one rather positive young chap, echoing my thoughts , but maybe a little starry eyed. Why not a little of that for now? He's pretty cute too
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdRbTBHUL10

the game is NOT over yet. Wishing those of you feeling pain or fear some equanimity and maybe a shot of tequila on my private island .

Gotta give Uranus in Aries a chance, too. its early days and its pretty MAJOR these coming alignments, could even usher in new hidden technologies. Honestly there is so much afoot right now. Fema be damned.

You are saying wise words eMonkey . I am with you on this .

Things are taking place on multi levels.

On the physical plane plain ignorance , selfishness and greed have led people to become super heroes of material wealth.
Every barrier moved in that direction is a win for the body/mind unit and performance the key .
However the scores won on the physical plane in that manner are no score for the soul .

For the majority of people satisfaction has amounted to having house, car , Tv and money
on a bank account ....while completely ignoring others in the world were starving
and mother Earth slowly suffocating .

It sometimes takes extreme situations for the soul to wake up and step into the open .
Extreme power unknown in routine life can be demonstrated when a person undergoes severe situations .

I have known the darkness of the soul well enough myself to know and testify that although it's been a real nightmare at the same time it has with no doubt been a major booster as a being as well.
When I was left with nothing of all I had badly been holding to I finally woke up and discovered amazing abilities within myself that I would never have found otherwise .

We have reached a turning point where soon many will see their illusory and self centered dreams shattered overnight .
All that will be left is to look deep within for guidance and light . The situation at hand will trigger a call to the soul loud and clear .
Under that light one can see a great opportunity for spirit to break the veil and stand in awareness .

I have always been interested to read people's biographies to learn how they got themselves out of the challenges that life brought them.
One book I read was of a man who was captured during world war two and was deported to Daschau concentration camp in Germany . Arriving in Daschau was arriving in hell with no chance to escape and little chance to survive . And yet that man managed to escape . When I analysed what made that possible it clearly appeared to me that it was his motivation . Not a selfish one to run for his life but rather a selfless one to get out of there so he could tell the world what was taking place within these barbed wires and expose the atrocities he had been witness to. A call from his heart opened the doors for him so he could fullfill his goal.

Another story was recounted to me by a friend about a man he knew. That man was rich and had several sons . His latest son at age 18 did'nt know what to do of his life . He was spending time going out , having fun, spending daddy's money , failing in his studies and later failing in the jobs his father had found for him .
This became so bad that the father told his son he had a factory in Africa that needed attendance and that he counted on his son to go and take care of it . The guy arrived at the airport where a cab was waiting for him and a long drive took place through the jungle until they arrived literally in the middle of nowhere and all that was left of the factory were ruins . Before he had realized the cab had gone and there was the son left in complete unknown land . It took him month to find his way back to a city and years to build his way back in society but he did it and is even now a wealthy man . He had to count on his inner resources to do this . Years later when he met his father again he was told " you probably have hated me for doing this to you but deep within I knew you were able to make it and I am very proud you did " .

It seems that in such extreme situations when there is nothing to loose anymore one can tap into his very best . I trust everyone here will do this and come out with bright ideas , wise and honorable moves . When we act from soul and heart fear subsides .

The clock is ticking .. the empire is crumbling to pieces ... suffering ahead and at the same time an unprecedented opportunity to wake up .

As anomalous often said we are all volunteers here . We did 'nt come here on holiday to have a nice time under the sun of mother earth gorgious 's beaches . We knew there was a problem here and what the mission was for and we all know for what we stand .

It may well be we won't be able to communicate with each other in the months to come .
I would like to tell you that I love and appreciate you . You 'll remain in my heart always.
When things become difficult this will make me strong .
May we all have the strengh in our heart to go on and continue to carry
our very best around us .
Don't give up .. keep your visions bright and clear.
Upon the ashes we will build anew.

One in the heart with you Always

Third Giant Underwater Oil Plume Discovered

The New York Times reported on May 15th:
Scientists are finding enormous oil plumes in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, including one as large as 10 miles long, 3 miles wide and 300 feet thick in spots. The discovery is fresh evidence that the leak from the broken undersea well could be substantially worse than estimates that the government and BP have given.
<blockquote> “There’s a shocking amount of oil in the deep water, relative to what you see in the surface water,” said Samantha Joye, a researcher at the University of Georgia who is involved in one of the first scientific missions to gather details about what is happening in the gulf. “There’s a tremendous amount of oil in multiple layers, three or four or five layers deep in the water column.”

The plumes are depleting the oxygen dissolved in the gulf, worrying scientists, who fear that the oxygen level could eventually fall so low as to kill off much of the sea life near the plumes. </blockquote>AP reported on May 27th that scientists had found a second giant plume deep under the water. The plume is 22 miles long and 6 miles wide.

Today, the Washington Post is reporting that a third giant underwater plume has been discovered:
<blockquote>A Louisiana scientist said his crew had located another vast plume of oily globs, miles in the opposite direction. James H. Cowan Jr., aprofessor at Louisiana State University, said his crew on Wednesday found a plume of oil in a section of the gulf 75 miles west of the source of the leak. Cowan said that his crew sent a remotely controlled submarine into the water, and found it full of oily globules, from the size of a thumbnail to the size of a golf ball.... Cowan said the oil at this site was so thick that it covered the lights on the submarine. "It almost looks like big wet snowflakes, but they're brown and black and oily,"

Cowan said. The submarine returned to the surface entirely black, he said. Cowan said that the submarine traveled about 400 feet down, close to the sea floor, and found oil all the way down. Trying to find the edges of the plume, he said the submarine traveled miles from side to side. "We really never found either end of it," he said. He said he did not know how wide the plume actually was, or how far it stretched away to the west. </blockquote>As I have previously pointed out, the use of dispersants by BP may be making matters worse. The
Washington post article notes: Cowan's finding underscores concerns about oil moving under the surface, perhaps because of dispersant chemicals that have broken it up into smaller globules. BP officials have played down the possibility of undersea oil plumes. This discovery seems to confirm the fears of some scientists that -- because of the depth of the leak and the heavy use of chemical 'dispersants' - this spill was behaving differently than others. Instead of floating on top of the water, it may be moving beneath it. That would be troubling because it could mean the oil would slip past coastal defenses such as 'containment booms' designed to stop it on the surface. Already, scientists and officials in Louisiana have reported finding thick oil washing ashore despite the presence of floating booms. It would also be a problem for hidden ecosystems deep under the gulf. There, scientists say, the oil could be absorbed by tiny animals and enter a food chain that builds to large, beloved sport-fish like red snapper. It might also glom on to deep-water coral formations, and cover the small animals that make up each piece of coral.
<blockquote> "You're almost like a deer in the headlights when you're watching this. You don't know what to say," Cowan said. He said the oil's threat to undersea ecosystems "is really starting to scare us."

for some POSITIVE OUTLOOK: jay weidner interview.

interesting the synchronicity...i started re-reading Barbara Hand Clow's book: the pleiadian agenda.

it covers all these topics in depth, especially the alchemical aspect of our 3D and other dimensional worlds and how to handle these times.

we have more power than we think! i needed to hear this and be reminded.

I feel the important thing is to get comfortable in the place where we do not know how this will pan out, the agenda says one thing and the gathering forces say another. I'm with the latter (as if it needs saying.) I feel pretty certain something unforeseen is coming in line with the Uranus conjunctions. It's something like an 86 year cycle to come round again so none of us will have lived through it, at least not in these clothes so to speak.

dear dolphin, do stay positive, even if you are mad, being depressed is what the other team LOVES, YUM YUM eat em up!!
There is also an interview with Barbara Hand Clow on red ice this week, http://www.redicecreations.com/radio/2010/05may/RIR-100516.php

If we did not have WAY more power than we think, the bullies would not have had to work so hard all these years. I think we are witnessing their death throws . and it's one big ugly mo fo tantrum with more to come.

The whole thing is a paradox in so many ways, sometimes one has to surrender but I also say never give up. Equanimity my friends. That and maybe a good wine?
I'd stock up but how long would that last in these times? Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 425190
In a strange way I'd like to express my thanks for all the contributers visiting or hanging in/out on this thread. Apart from the info aspect it has decreased some of my lonliness in watching something happening so appalingly profound yet seemingly unacknowledged by the world out shopping.

Mudra, it is always meaningful to hear someone's personal stories. I know you are a fountain of spiritual wisdom but I thank you for offering a glimpse into your very own life . This means more to me than any text or well said quote. I'm begining to grok you scorpio sister born the same week and year as me. RUN!!!

I hope everybody has a great day one way or another. You may as well, this thing is going to take time and it's not on your doorstep yet. Gulf Oil Platform Explosion and Spill - Page 9 Icon_sunny

Thank you for your words and insight Mudra.

It was mostly the bulk of an email I wrote to my froends explaining to them that I may not make it to their shores and why I had the thought to post it here, I do not know, but it felt right.

Just knowing that there will be someone "over there" who cares will be just the positive push we need. eMonkey in Vienna, Mudra in Belgium, I know your thoughts will be with those of us who most certainly will be affected, and soon. I wish I hadn't seen the part about the coffins in Georgia. If Agenda 21 is really unfolding, it has it's flaws. I won't write about it here, as you never show your hand in the game of poker. And it IS probably a game to those without hearts. Remember, All is not lost. Has anyone seen how Berlin has risen from the ashes? I keep downtown Berlin in my mind as I constantly remind myself that renewal will happen. We just don't know yet how it's all going to fall out. I know that the Chippewa prophecy I have seen unfold, has a very good ending. The Phoenix always rises from the ashes. So what if we leave our present earth suits? Our planet is not lost, so don't be depressed Dolphin. I know that the big picture is bright. It will take some time. We are the witnesses. We will remember all of this. How we have tried to tell everyone to wake up and prepare, spiritually and physically. I see people in the stores buying ridiculous plastic toys packaged in still more plastic. I want to shout to them: "Just take your children outside to play in nature instead of giving them plastic playthings! Build a hut, make mud pies, watch the birds and the sky and feel the sunshine." I live in a wildlife sanctuary. Send me your positive thoughts that our sanctuary of semi tropical rainforest in Georgia is spared. Go ahead, Big Losers, take me out, but, just leave the forest and the animals so they can regenerate. If the loop current comes to the UK and continent, which it might, I will be thinking of you all. This is so serious that it's difficult to not be overwhelmed. Dolphin, hang in there for us, in the southeast US. We need your love. Don't be sad...be mad! Please just remember everything so when we come back to a healed earth, we will be instinctual and wise stewards of our beautiful jewel of a planet. Remember in Avatar: the Great Tree fell, but, the Tree of Souls did not! Love to all of you from Georgia. Linda

BP officials on Gulf oil spill: We can't stop leak until August at the earliest

Oil is spewing into the Gulf of Mexico at a rate of one Exxon Valdez disaster every 10 days - and BP officials admitted Sunday they won't be able to stop it until August.

"The oil is going to flow for a while," Robert Dudley, BP's newly installed head of disaster management, told CNN.

Dudley appeared on all the major TV news shows to say that BP, which has failed repeatedly to stop the environmental cataclysm it started, is now focusing on containing the oil.

"We're going to redouble our efforts to keep it off the beaches," Dudley said. "If we can contain the flow of the well between now and August and keep it out of the ocean, that's also a good outcome."

Saturday's wrenching failure of the "top kill" effort to choke the well laid bare the extent to which the company was unprepared for catastrophe.

BP's new plan involves making a clean cut in the bent, broken riser pipe and attempting to cap it, drawing the oil up to a drillship at the surface.

Some experts warn that the new plan could cause the leak to grow worse - by as much as 20% - because the crimped riser pipe could be restricting the flow of oil.

Dudley said "there may be a small increase" but insisted it would be worth it to get the oil out of the sea.

BP says the oil gusher can be stopped for good only by drilling a relief well, which won't be finished for three months.

In those months, millions of barrels of oil would shoot from the seabed into the gulf, killing fish, mammals and birds and turning giant areas of the ocean and marshland into dead zones.

BP had said about 5,000 barrels of oil were leaking a day since the April 20 rig explosion, but new figures from government experts last week found the real number to be well over twice that, and possibly as high as 20,000 barrels a day.

When the Exxon Valdez tanker ran aground in 1989, it spilled 257,000 barrels into Alaska's Prince William Sound.

The new estimates mean the equivalent of roughly four Exxon Valdez spills has already polluted the gulf - and seven more may join it by August.

"This is probably the biggest environmental disaster we've ever faced in this country," White House energy adviser Carol Browner told ABC.

She said efforts to keep the oil off the beaches - including burning it on the surface of the sea, skimming it up and corralling it with long floating booms - were continuing with great urgency and some effect.

Rep. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) said he found documents showing BP knew at least 14,000 barrels a day were flowing right from the start, but said the company covered that up because environmental fines are set by barrels of oil leaked per day.

"They had a stake in lowballing the number right from the very beginning," Markey told CBS. "They were either lying or they were incompetent. ... I have no confidence whatsoever in BP."

If left alone, the underwater geyser would not run dry for seven years, experts say.

I believe we have seen clearly into their game .
Although I have great faith in my heart I can't help but being sad .
Time to get practical and see how we can make the best out of the worst.
Over here in Europe there is little coverage of this disaster in the press.
Not one single person around me seems to be informed or realize the extent
of what we are witness to.
I guess this is part of the plan to contain civil unrest .
