Yes. It flashed up as breaking but has disappeared again. Nothing on iranian tv so far.
    Tricky to get news.

I can tell you it was in Isfahan which is the location of a nuclear site.

Upon searching for anything related to a Noise heard in Isfahan - I haven't found anything yet either.

That said - I'll keep looking over the course of the Day...

I'm hoping that Israel DIDN'T Air Strike the Nuke Facility there...

CAIRO (Reuters) - Saboteurs blew up Egypt's gas pipeline to Jordan and Israel on Monday, witnesses and security sources said, a few hours before the country holds its first free election since President Hosni Mubarak was toppled in February. The explosion was set off west of al-Arish in Sinai, witnesses said.

Defense minister Vahidi tells army volunteers 'Israel has to be punished for what it has done to the Muslims in Palestine'
Speaking before 50,000 army volunteers in Bushehr, the minister said "Iran is not Iraq or Afghanistan, if the Americans make the mistake and attack Iran, we will show them how to fight,” adding “Israel has to be punished for what it has done to the Muslims in Palestine and Lebanon."

Hundreds of enraged Pakistanis have taken to the streets across the country, burning an effigy of President Barack Obama and setting fire to US flags after 24 soldiers died in NATO air strikes.

The Sunday rallies were organised by opposition and right-wing Islamist groups in major cities of the nuclear-armed country of 167 million people, where opposition to the government's US alliance is rampant. In Karachi, the port city used by the United States to ship supplies to troops fighting in Afghanistan, more than 700 people gathered outside the US consulate. They shouted 'down with America, stay away Americans, Pakistan is ours, we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our army', while Pakistani riot police were deployed near the consulate. Outside the press club in Karachi, dozens of political activists burnt an effigy of Obama.

In the central city of Multan, more than 300 activists loyal to the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, as well as local traders took to the streets, burning US and NATO flags. They carried placards and banners, and shouted 'down with America', 'down with NATO', 'Yankees go back', 'vacate Afghanistan and Pakistan' and 'stop drone attacks' - a reference to a CIA drone war against Islamist militants.

Well both the BBC and the FARS news agency removed the story from its breaking news.

Seems like a sabotage job rather than them going in with Jets.
Either way the Iranians wont be happy as there was also one two weeks ago.

Could have been an accident lol

Earlier today a news agency with ties to the Iranian government, Fars, reported a “huge explosion” in Isfahan, near a suspected nuke site. The BBC, Haaretz and others picked up on the report. Immediately, there was speculation: was Israel somehow involved?

A little while later, Fars posted a small photo on its Web site. Allegedly it’s a photo of the scene of the explosion. There’s thick dark smoke billowing into the sky, but it sure doesn’t look like a nuke site. Maybe the photo was a way to blunt the speculation about an Israel attack?

Almost immediately, a Twitter user, @NickXHall, noticed that the photo is a fake. The same photo was posted elsewhere in October, on a Web site called Intelligence World, purporting to show the results of a grenade attack in Kashmir. A Google search confirmed that the photo was up on Intelligence World two weeks ago.

A few minutes after that, Fars took the story offline. Now the page says “the story can not be found.” But a twitterer posted a screen grab of the page with the fake photo so we can compare the two…

Click on this Link to learn more about the Loud Blast that was heard in Iran near Isfahan City

The Globe & Mail wrote:The sound of an apparent explosion was heard from Iran’s Isfahan city on Monday afternoon, the head of the judiciary in the province said, according to Iran’s ISNA news agency.

“In the afternoon, there was a noise like an explosion, but we don’t have any information from security forces on the source of the noise,” Gholamreza Ansari was quoted as saying.

An important Iranian nuclear facility involved in processing uranium is located near Isfahan city, although Iranian media reports of the incident did not say whether the explosion was near the nuclear centre.

Gill Tudor, spokeswoman for the International Atomic Energy Agency, said the UN watchdog was aware of the media reports but had no further information.

Iranian media provided contradictory information about the incident, which came less that three weeks after a massive explosion at a military base near Tehran that killed more than a dozen members of the Revolutionary Guard including the head of its missile forces.

The Fars news agency reported a large blast in the province but later removed the report from its website.

The Mehr news agency cited other Iranian news media, which it did not identify, as reporting that a blast had taken place at a petrol station at a town near Isfahan city. However, it also quoted the deputy governor of the province as saying he had no reports of a big explosion in his region...

Middle East firestorm: Worsening crisis may soon engulf region in ‘unthinkable’ nightmare
November 28, 2011 – TEHRAN – An explosion rocked the western Iranian city of Isfahan on Monday, the semi-official Fars news agency reported, adding that the blast was heard in several parts of the city. The reported incident occurred about two weeks after Gen. Hasan Tehrani Moghaddam was killed together with 20 other Guard members Nov. 12 at a military site outside Bidganeh village, 40 kilometers southwest of Tehran. The Revolutionary Guard said the accidental explosion occurred while military personnel were transporting munitions. It should be noted that Iran operates a uranium conversion plant near Isfahan, one with an important function in the chain of Iran’s nuclear program. It first went into operation in 2004, taking uranium from mines and producing uranium fluoride gas, which then feeds the centrifuges that enrich the uranium. Since 2004, thousands of kilograms of uranium flouride gas were stockpiled at Isfahan and subsequently sent to the enrichment plant in Natanz. Earlier Monday, a top Israeli security official said that the recent explosion that rocked an Iranian missile base near Tehran could delay or stop further Iranian surface-to-surface missile development. Iranian Defense Minister General Ahmad Vahidi also said Israel would be attacked with 150,000 missiles if it launches any military action against the Islamic Republic, the Iran Independent News Service reported Sunday. –Haaretz http://www.haaretz.com/news/middle-east/report-explosion-rocks-iran-city-of-isfahan-home-to-key-nuclear-facility-1.398312

Three months to act to prevent nuclear war? According to the briefing given to a closed meeting of Jewish leaders in New York, on Nov. 13, the window of opportunity for stopping Iran attaining a nuclear weapon is closing fast, debkafile’s sources report. It will shut down altogether after late March 2012. The intelligence reaching U.S. President Barak Obama is that by April, Iran will already have five nuclear bombs or warheads and military action then would generate a dangerous level of radioactive contamination across the Gulf region, the main source of the world’s energy. Sunday, too, President Barack Obama said the sanctions against Iran had taken an “enormous bite” out of its economy. He also said that the “US is united with Russian and Chinese leaders in ensuring Iran does not develop an atomic weapon and unleash an arms race across the Middle East.” He spoke after talking to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Chinese President Hu Jintao at the Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Hawaii about the new evidence submitted by the International Atomic Energy Agency that Iran was engaged in clandestine efforts to build a bomb. The West suspects Iran is aiming at developing nuclear weapons, a charge Iran denies. He said both shared the goal of keeping a bomb out of Iran’s hands. As to sanctions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told a news conference that sanctions against Iran had been exhausted and “now the problem should be solved through diplomatic channels.” –Debka http://debka.com/article/21481/

Iran adds three more submarines to fleet: Iranian state TV says the country has added three more domestically-built submarines to its naval fleet. The Sunday report said the vessels were delivered to the Iranian navy in southern port of Bandar Abbas. It said the submarines were from the Ghadir class, of which Iran already has four. This class of submarine can fire missiles and torpedoes and operate in the Gulf’s shallow waters. The move is seen as part of Iran’s effort to upgrade its defense capabilities amid escalating tension over its nuclear program. -AFP http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5jk-iIc4SWLIVlJKrQs0ymPwj4nfw?docId=3e4608b937f94872b76e28708979fba2

Government of key U.S. Arab ally collapses: Kuwait’s cabinet has resigned after protesters and opposition deputies demanded that the prime minister step down over allegations of corruption, state-run television has reported. “The prime minister [Sheikh Nasser Mohammad al-Ahmad Al-Sabah] has submitted his resignation to the emir,” Kuwait TV said, without specifying whether it had been accepted. Earlier, opposition member Khaled al-Sultan said the cabinets’ resignation was accepted amid a bitter political dispute between the prime minister and opposition MPs. “We are waiting for the appointment of a new prime minister before parliament is dissolved in order to be assured of fair elections,” the Sultan told reporters outside parliament. Parliament speaker Jassem al-Khorafi said he had not been informed about dissolution of parliament. If it is confirmed that Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah, the emir of Kuwait, has accepted the resignations, he may then also dissolve parliament before setting a date for new elections. –Al Jazeera http://www.aljazeera.com/news/middleeast/2011/11/20111128112619355567.html
