    Been researching stuff and just trying to work out what is happening.. been out of it to some extent, once you know enough you do remove yourself from the fear-porn to some extent :)

    Had a period of trying to sort out finances and the material stuff a little...

    So what have a I missed??? Is there an excutive summary available?
