Quantum 'Graininess' of Space at Smaller Scales? Gamma-Ray Observatory Challenges Physics Beyond Einstein
ScienceDaily (July 1, 2011) — The European Space Agency's Integral gamma-ray observatory has provided results that will dramatically affect the search for physics beyond Einstein. It has shown that any underlying quantum 'graininess' of space must be at much smaller scales than previously predicted.

What exactly does the "underlying quantum 'graininess' of space being seen to be at much smaller scales than previously predicted" mean though ?

That there is a scale beyond what We currently postulate and Its smaller and more minute than what String / M / Brane Theory at the Subatomic scale predicts / displays ?

I guess, they're very careful to loudly say that "The source" of all matter realy exist and that's something they're still unable to physicaly measure.

How could they anyway...it's "The source" ... and it's not measurable.

    Much respect
