I'm fine thank you. I just don't feel like writing. I'm learning a few Bach's pieces on my keyboard. I have learned Arioso and I'm into Aria Da Capo from the Goldberg Variations right now. I guess I'm just waiting to see what the fall/winter is going to bring us with the economy, war, earthquake predictions/forecasts. I'm in observer mode. Oh and I've been watching all of the videos on this channel:

Adam Hurst - contemporary " Gypsy Cello " player

Influenced primarily by Middle Eastern, Indian Raga and European traditions, the original music of Adam Hurst is at once haunting, ethereal, evocative and romantic. Using the cello as a solo melodic voice, Hurst creates passionate and emotive musical poetry that digs straight to the soul.

Award winning cellist Adam Hurst has performed throughout the US and in Europe and has been commissioned to compose and perform original work for ballet, belly dance, and contemporary dance. His recordings have been used in independent films, documentaries and art films...

I have used the 887 prelude and 878 fugue in a video game for which I was in charge of the music, but it's a PC game only. I'll try and find the MIDI files on my old drives. Here is the game:

    I found them.

Here is the 887 prelude. I used three sounds: 1. xylophone to insist on the 'rolling' aspect of the music; 2. accordian to give the music a 'tango' feeling I was getting 3. celesta to add resonance and reverb to the two 'dry' previous sounds.

    Here is the 878 fugue:

It was so nice to discover the hands of Gyorgy Sebok on the piano . They seem like breathing peacefully with great beauty.

Will you make a video of your playing of this piece and post it metaw ?

Extraordinary .. It is hard to believe Angela Hewitt's hands are making this piece of music coming alive . It seems the music is just taking place in that space and that every atom and molecule there is contributing to it .
