    By observing the tides above the Australian plate and the tides at the Pacific plate one can see a different movement going on.

    This info is from the zeta site so as to the validity, who knows. However, perhaps some of our more science type members can take a look and weigh in with their opinions. I have noticed numerous quakes in the region through the IRIS maps.

    This certainly appears consistent with what I have considered possible for Australia.

    I read some things about the greening of Australia and most people laughed when I told them. Not so funny now - the outback of Australia is greener than it has been for a long time.
