I don't know if this video was linked on PA but took a chance and linked it here. It's an hour+ with Greg Bradden. I found it fascinating how he explains the actual energy outputs of our hearts....it's doesn't just pump blood. I might even listen to it again.

Great interview! How could anyone not agree that this is the science that needs to be taught in schools and generally through the media these days......that they have the proof that we are interconnected with all life and need to work cooperatively with it and that form/energy follows the directive input of our creative heart-minds. Heck, they've even worked out the frequency of self-healing ...... 0.10Hz......and how to achieve it. Brilliant stuff.

Gosh Bob that was a great video and so glad you posted it.

Yea, I like what the man has to say and when I woke at 4:00 a.m. with little hope of going back to sleep, started to apply what he said by the followin method.  With every inhale I told my self "I breath in the love of God" and with every exhale, I would think of something that I didn't like about the day before and say and "I exhale this feeling about ______ "  With every breath and every identified item and their were plenty of them it casue me to really see how important it is to turn things over to a higher power and how darn good that felt.

Gee Bob I wish you would post another video like that.
