    The epic NC flooding did not come from Hurricane Helena; it came from the dam breaks blown out by the U.S Military.

    The next hurricane is named Milton (as in JOHN MILTON 1608-74), English poet during a time of political upheaval and change. THERE ARE SOME WEIRD THINGS GOING ON!!

    Doug in my entire life of living on the gulf coast of Louisiana, I have never seen a pop-up hurricane in the gulf before. They have always come off the western coast of Africa, and naturally progressed to the west.
