Multiple 18 wheelers are having their tires slashed in west Tennessee off I-40 and I can barely find anyone talking about it except a few local news channels.
This coupled with the pending port strikes and now a disaster clean up on the Florida coast is the last thing we need right now.
The count is will over 50 now with one truck needing all 18. Cannot account for cause this time. Person at the tire center said tires were cut, punctured from slashes to pin holes.
ATTENTION.. 18 WHEELER TRUCK DRIVERS
During the night last night at least 3 truck stops on I-40 in Tennessee, were hit by an unknown activist group at the moment according to the shop manager..
The TA truck stop at Denmark, TN had 50 trucks, tires stabbed with holes in the sife walls, then at Loves truck at exit 126 Holiday, TN was hit, where 5 tires (side walls stabbed several times) on the drivers side were cut on the truck and several other trucks as well. One guy had 9 tires stabbed on his truck.... this means that loads will be late, food supplies, medical supplies, building supplies, etc. Let your trucking friends know. Tires are expensive... especially for owner operators.
