Penny: Without nutrition you can’t maintain frequency. Without good food we’re going down and that’s been going on for awhile. When you are under stress the body uses up 4 times its normal rate. The brain is only capable of pain and pleasure. Keep pushing that pain button you end up with rage.
The bigger thing that is important is frequency.. does it harmonize or is it noant. Conscious is - we copy. That’s how we learn.
Are we being controlled by an ET race or something else. With the changes happening with the frequency in the sun and solar system things that are not in our normal view will change where we see entities from other frequencies . The Frequencies are changing.. what we hear and see are also going to change from our established norm with the magnetic field.
