Well I’ve been interested in the paranormal and the supernatural since childhood. My main hobby is a form of automatic writing and using AI art generators. While I have some mental health problems I don’t allow myself to become bitter. If you have any questions for me just ask

Years ago I viewed on YouTube (they've probably all been censored at this point) a series of videos he recorded challenging Big Pharma's claim that people have "a chemical imbalance" causing mental issues. He teaches in no uncertain terms that that is a LIE. He doesn't believe in psychiatric drugs and helps his patients get off them.
He states that mental issues are a part of life and can be tackled with support from others and learning self-help techniques.
Have you ever heard of him?

The medication does help keep you stable enough to function somewhat. But there are no tests done to confirm a chemical imbalance when it comes to diagnosing depression. Someone who goes through psychosis at times (loss of the ability to interpret reality) they need medication.

I've been thinking something like that might be fun.
I've also been involved in parapsychology for years and am a licensed practitioner.. who is now happily retired.
As for meds.. sometimes they are needed. Our daughter has Aspergers resulting from childhood vaccinations and uses medication to deal with the resulting depression. And our schizophrenic son also uses meds to help prevent hallucinations. He lives in a Buddhist monastery in Northern California and quite happy there. I did urge our daughter to use Vitamins (all the B vitamins and Magnesium, both excellent to help alleviate depression), however she preferred to follow the recommendation of her therapist and doc.
Ironically both of them are very creative artistically and our daughter also writes fantasy sci-fi books using the fantasy art work she creates, which she has yet to publish. She's written a book a year for the past ten years.
I'm also very interested in the type of art you do. AI generators? What is that and how does one access it? This would be something I would be interested in learning how to do. Any tips you are willing to share would be much appreciated.
Have you even considered using your automatic writing skills to write something, possibly fiction?

What I do is take a book that is on the subject of spirituality and use a guitar pick as a pointer to pick out certain words to put together in a sentence. I’m told mine are deep and philosophical. I keep them short, just a few sentences. I’ve been doing this for a couple of years. As for the AI generator it’s free to use freeimagegenerator.com when you put the writings in you get stunning artwork. I run a board based off of this if you’re interested you can pm me for the link. It is your own intuition that guides you to different words. You could call on a spirit but I don’t recommend doing that.
