Durham was just named as special counsel..he has been investigating this for years. He is highly esteemed attorney, well know and revered from all sides. The special counsel designation is what allows him to prosecute in all 50 states! SCOTUS rotten eggs are Roberts and Breyer. Ohh btw military tribunals are with a 3 judge panel, no juries, and there is no system for appeals in military tribunals. The decision is FINAL. Sidney Powell is certified as Military (JAG) attorney.
