The state of Texas (along with Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and South Dakota) is suing the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in the Supreme Court.
Texas is arguing that those four states violated the constitution when they passed new election laws to allow mail-in voting and other changes to their election process.
The Constitution of the United States is explicit that only state legislators NOT state governors, attorney generals, or secretary of states can change how elections are processed.
The media is keeping pretty quiet about this, or attempting to frame it as nothing, but it is a HUGE deal. The Supreme Court has already docketed the case meaning that the SCOTUS will hear it.
If the SCOTUS rules that of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin did in fact violate the constitution (they did), then either:
1) Those votes that were allowed under the new laws are thrown out.
Or…
2) The elections in those states become null and void.
If the outcome is #1, then President Trump wins all four states in a landslide.
Remember, the mail-in ballots were pro-Biden by a massive margin (90%+). If those votes no longer count, Biden loses tens of thousands of votes in all four key states (his margin of victory is only 1% or lower in all four of them).
If the outcome is #2, then 62 electoral college votes vanish from the vote count.
This means NO ONE hits the required 270 electoral college votes to win the election outright and the election moves into Congress as per the 12th Amendment.
There, the House of Representatives votes for the President on a one vote per state basis. The GOP has 26 states, the Democrats have 24 states.
This again, means Trump wins the election.

Ashera,
Being raised in America we learned about what it means to be an American. That is before Obama and the Chinese got into the media, various educational systems and brain-washed many youth. The white-hats and patriots are those who value the US Constitution and rule of law.
I think too many people were completely oblivious as to the level of pervasive corruption in Congress (over 78% are compromised and need to be kicked out of office) and are also oblivious to how these same people were selling America out for profit. That includes Zukerberg, Dorsey and others in Silicon Valley that have sold out the US for greed, power and profit.
The good news is that the military patriots have been monitoring this insurgent build-up for years and now have all the evidence to take down these people and corporations. It's taken years to get all the pieces in place for the take down. These same military patriots were prepared to take over the Obama administration but decided it would be too disruptive for the nation. This is why they went to Trump and asked him to run for President in 2016.
Trump is not a politician. He is a successful billionaire businessman who knows how to build, run and manage a multi-national company, owning and successfully managing properties throughout the world. His principals as a patriot have been consistent since he was young and he is the sort of man who follows through on his promises. Basically, he already had money and power along with a nice life. He didn't need to go into politics to become rich and famous. He was already rich, powerful and famous based on his own intellect, intelligence and integrity. He's the sort of man who remembers his employees names, sits and listens to people who want to talk to him and helps others where he can. He's a humanitarian. He wants to take this nation through the current cyber-world war revolution without blood-shed, or hurting innocent people.
Hence,Trump and the military patriots initial strategy is to bring evidence of criminality to the courts, so that the evidence becomes public knowledge where the people discover just how corrupt the politicians, media and corporations are.

Being raised in America we learned about what it means to be an American. That is before Obama and the Chinese got into the media, various educational systems and brain-washed many youth. The white-hats and patriots are those who value the US Constitution and rule of law.
I think too many people were completely oblivious as to the level of pervasive corruption in Congress (over 78% are compromised and need to be kicked out of office) and are also oblivious to how these same people were selling America out for profit. That includes Zukerberg, Dorsey and others in Silicon Valley that have sold out the US for greed, power and profit.
The good news is that the military patriots have been monitoring this insurgent build-up for years and now have all the evidence to take down these people and corporations. Peoples world point of view (POV) is based on their life experiences and information available to them. Everyones WPOV is a bit different. Be yourself. You're unique and offer a window into how you experience the world. And by sharing your own POV you help others expand their own awareness.
In truth.. I really don't like politics or politicians. Life would be better with a different type of governance where individual cities or towns govern themselves. Where those in charge are all vetted volunteers and rotate out of governance positions for someone new every 2-3 years. But perhaps that's just a too simplistic where egos and self-serving individuals are involved.

This idea I spread for years - it is Gor. If a rotation would improve the matter I doubt. Also I do doubt that "ego" and "individuum" are the same, and deny the idea of "group rule" as such. I am rather Platonian, and this means that the best should rule - and this means the most individuated ones. In Gor most cities are ruled by a "Magistrate" but it also could be a Senate in earth context.
And concerning myself: I do not want to get defined based on nothing. I expect logical precision.
