"It would be unwise to condemn as irrational the practice of those savages who tear the heart and liver from an adversary, and devour them while yet warm. The reference to a Virginal Offering / Sacrifice in the context of a Human Being is then meant to imply that small children are favoured due to Their almost universal Innocence and Purity of Lifeforce.

Simply put - The "Working" and or Ritual is more Powerful or Efficacious for Them with a Human Sacrifice than any other type of Offering there is...
