CANCELLING ISRAEL'S 'RIGHT TO EXIST'!

Israel has repeatedly announced that it has the right to attack Gaza until there is nothing left of the Palestinian people inside Israel. The impetus behind this outrageous statement is that Israel supposedly has ‘a Right to Defend herself’ ­ a “right” that Israel does not respect, if anyone else claims it, to defend themselves against Israel.

The problem with the statements from Israel, whether implied or bluntly stated is that all “The RIGHTS of any “State” depend entirely upon the states in question—to honor the rights and responsibilities of all other states in that same process: To the exact same degree for every state in every equation.  

Israel denies that any other nation has any rights whenever it comes into conflict with whatever the Zionist state demands.

As Israel does not recognize the right of Palestine or the Palestinian people to exist—or their right to self-defense: Then no other nation on the planet needs to honor anything that Israel continues to demand from the rest of the world: This will cancel Israel’s own “right to exist” along with their supposed right to the “self-defense” they have continued to deny to Palestine and everyone else, for over 66 years.  

All of Israel’s obscenely one-sided DEMANDS, including ‘total and absolute Surrender to Israel by everyone else on the planet; must be immediately and permanently CANCELED. The Zionists must be confronted, stripped of all rights and property then evicted from every host nation where they have set up their takeover of this dying planet.

“Ultimatum ­ One warning  from the Prime Minister of Israel to the enemy population, in which he announces that Israel is about to attack military targets in their area and urges those who are not involved and do not wish to be harmed to leave immediately. Sinai is not far from Gaza and they can leave. This will be the limit of Israel’s humanitarian efforts. Hamas may unconditionally surrender and prevent the attack.

Attack the entire ‘target bank’ throughout Gaza with the IDF’s maximum force (and not a tiny fraction of it) with all the conventional means at its disposal. All the military and infrastructural targets will be attacked with no consideration for ‘human shields’ or ‘environmental damage’. It is enough that we are hitting exact targets and that we gave them advance warning.

Siege ­ Parallel to the above, a total siege on Gaza. Nothing will enter the area. Israel, however, will allow exit from Gaza. (Civilians may go to Sinai, fighters may surrender to IDF forces).

Defense ­ Any place from which Israel or Israel’s forces were attacked will be immediately attacked with full force and no consideration for ‘human shields’ or ‘environmental damage’.

Conquer ­ After the IDF completes the "softening" of the targets with its fire-power, the IDF will conquer the entire Gaza, using all the means necessary to minimize any harm to our soldiers, with no other considerations.

Elimination- The GSS and IDF will thoroughly eliminate all armed enemies from Gaza. The enemy population that is innocent of wrong-doing and separated itself from the armed terrorists will be treated in accordance with international law and will be allowed to leave. Israel will generously aid those who wish to leave.

Sovereignty ­ Gaza is part of our Land and we will remain there forever. Liberation of parts of our land forever is the only thing that justifies endangering our soldiers in battle to capture land. Subsequent to the elimination of terror from Gaza, it will become part of sovereign Israel and will be populated by Jews. This will also serve to ease the housing crisis in Israel. The coastal train line will be extended, as soon as possible, to reach the entire length of Gaza.

[b]According to polls, most of the Arabs in Gaza wish to leave. Those who were not involved in anti-Israel activity will be offered a generous international emigration package. Those who choose to remain will receive permanent resident status. After a number of years of living in Israel and becoming accustomed to it, contingent on appropriate legislation in the Knesset and the authorization of the Minister of Interior, those who personally accept upon themselves Israel’s rule, substance and way of life of the Jewish State in its Land, will be offered Israeli citizenship."

Moshe Feiglin, the deputy speaker of the Knesset, Israel’s parliament, has published a plan for the total destruction of the Palestinian people in Gaza.

His detailed plan, which calls for the use of concentration camps, amounts to direct and public incitement to genocide – a punishable crime under the Genocide Convention.

In a 1 August posting on his Facebook page, Feiglin, a member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party, calls for the “conquest of the entire Gaza Strip, and annihilation of all fighting forces and their supporters.”

“This is our country – our country exclusively,” he writes, “including Gaza.”

Feiglin’s posting is the text of a letter he addressed to Netanyahu.

Citizens and public authorities around the world should attempt to have Feiglin arrested and prosecuted under the Genocide Convention for his statements, should he set foot in their territories.

His abominable plan comes as the death toll from Israel’s ongoing slaughter in Gaza reaches 1,752 people, including ten persons killed on Sunday morning when Israel once again bombed a United Nations-run school being used as a shelter, this time in the southern town of Rafah.

Feiglin, like his Knesset colleague Ayelet Shaked, has previously made genocidal statements, but these are perhaps his most specific and explicit.

Calling for mass extermination and ethnic cleansing, Feiglin now urges Netanyahu to “turn Gaza into Jaffa, a flourishing Israeli city with a minimum number of hostile civilians.”

Jaffa is a major Palestinian coastal city that was ethnically cleansed by Zionist militias in 1948 and incorporated into present-day Israel. The few thousand Palestinians who remain in the city face ongoing attempts to force them out.

As of this writing, Feiglin’s Facebook post had more than eight thousand “Likes” and had been shared almost two thousand times.

“Concentrate” and “exterminate”

Feiglin writes that the Israeli army must “designate certain open areas on the Sinai border, adjacent to the sea, in which the civilian population will be concentrated, far from the built-up areas that are used for launches and tunneling. In these areas, tent encampments will be established, until relevant emigration destinations are determined.”

“Tent encampments,” where the Palestinian civilian population would be “concentrated,” are simply concentration camps.

“The supply of electricity and water to the formerly populated areas will be disconnected,” he adds.

He then calls for the “formerly populated areas” to be “shelled with maximum fire power. The entire civilian and military infrastructure of Hamas, its means of communication and of logistics, will be destroyed entirely, down to their foundations.”

The Israeli army would then “exterminate nests of resistance, in the event that any should remain.”

Expulsion

“Israel will start searching for emigration destinations and quotas for the refugees from Gaza,” Feiglin writes, but “those who insist on staying, if they can be proven to have no affiliation with Hamas, will be required to publicly sign a declaration of loyalty to Israel, and receive a blue ID card similar to that of the Arabs of East Jerusalem.”

Feiglin’s statements are crimes

The Genocide Convention defines genocide as any of a number acts “committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such.”

These acts are:
•Killing members of the group;
•Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
•Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
•Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
•Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Feiglin’s plan has clear genocidal intent in at least two respects: he denies that the Palestinian people exist and he defines Palestinians collectively as an enemy and target because of their religion:

•“There are no two states, and there are no two peoples. There is only one state for one people.”

•“The strategic enemy is extremist Arab Islam in all its varieties, from Iran to Gaza, which seeks to annihilate Israel in its entirety.”

In addition to outright acts of genocide, punishable crimes under the convention include “direct and public incitement to commit genocide”; “conspiracy to commit genocide” and “complicity in genocide.”

Any fair-minded prosecutor would see that Feiglin’s statements provide ample probable cause for action under the convention.

State parties to the Genocide Convention are obligated to punish crimes under the Genocide Convention in their domestic courts.

Citizens around the world should seek to have Feiglin and any other Israeli leaders who commit genocidal acts arrested and sent for trial by using whatever legal mechanisms are available, including notifying law enforcement and immigration authorities of such genocidal statements.

It is more of an imperative than ever for us to support the Boycott, Divestments and Sanctions (BDS) global movement. If every member of the public imposes their own financial sanctions on Israel it will eventually help to bring down this vile state in the same way as apartheid South Africa collapsed. That day cannot come soon enough for the Palestinians under threat of extinction from Israel’s neo-Final Solution.

(MEMO) – There is a persistent narrative promoted by Israeli newspaper columnists and politicians which should raise eyebrows in the West. They are calling for the dismantling of Gaza and the relocation of its people; in other words genocide and, yes, concentration camps. It is nothing short of breath-taking that a state which rose from the ashes of one genocide should even think that another type of genocide is morally acceptable.

Of course, newspaper columnists like South African-born Martin Sherman, a former ministerial adviser to Yitzhak Shamir’s government, are paid to be provocative. “The only durable solution requires dismantling Gaza, humanitarian relocation of the non-belligerent Arab population, and extension of Israeli sovereignty over the region,” he wrote recently in the Jerusalem Post. “That is the only approach that can solve the problem of Gaza. That is the only approach that will eliminate the threat to Israel continually issuing from Gaza.”

It is a sinister polemic repeated in a growing number of Op-Eds submitted to the Israeli media. Here are just a few examples:
•Arutz Sheva‘s op-ed on how to “quiet” Gaza – permanently – by attacking whoever and wherever without any consideration. The author calls it his “Solution”.
•The Times of Israel‘s op-ed on “When genocide is permissible”. The article was deleted soon after it was posted. It has been reprinted by Mondoweiss.
•The Jerusalem Post‘s op-ed on “Why Gaza must go” and where to relocate the “good Arabs”. The idea is, essentially, to annex the Gaza Strip after depopulating it.

So should the world take seriously these articles promoting a “Final Solution” for the Israeli conundrum that is Gaza? A quick scan of the anti-Semitic diatribes promoted by columnists and Op-eds in the European media during the 1930s and 40s suggests that we should all be extremely alarmed about the latest dark arts emerging from the Zionist state of Israel. Alarm bells should also be ringing in the corridors of power throughout Europe, from Berlin to Paris and London, and across the Atlantic to Washington, because this dark narrative is also gaining ground in the Israeli parliament, the Knesset.

It has not been lost on Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who has denounced the remarks of one particular Israeli politician, which forced him to draw an analogy to the Nazi regime. Erdogan was responding to eye-watering comments made by Knesset member Ayelet Shaked, who belongs to the ultra-nationalist Jewish Home Party, part of the ruling coalition.

She is quoted as calling for the slaughter of Palestinian mothers who give birth to “little snakes”. Shaked posted her filth on Facebook; various critics rushed to denounce it as a call for genocide.

“They have to die and their houses should be demolished so that they cannot bear any more terrorists,” she is reported to have written. “They are all our enemies and their blood should be on our hands. This also applies to the mothers of the dead terrorists.”

In another Facebook post she stated: “Behind every terrorist stand dozens of men and women, without whom he could not engage in terrorism. They are all enemy combatants, and their blood shall be on all their heads. Now this also includes the mothers of the martyrs, who send them to hell with flowers and kisses. They should follow their sons, nothing would be more just. They should go, as should the physical homes in which they raised the snakes. Otherwise, more little snakes will be raised there.”

It is worth pointing out at this stage that Shaked is an intelligent woman, so she cannot be dismissed as a rogue politician without a brain cell to her name. She holds degrees in electrical engineering and computer sciences and has ties to Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu; from 2006-2008, she was the director of his office. Perhaps more alarmingly, she is not isolated in her views nor has anyone, as far as I can ascertain, reprimanded her for her repugnant outlook as a member of the Israeli government.

Moreover, when you get the deputy speaker of the Knesset writing at length about “final solutions” and the “extermination” of a people then there is even more reason to be alarmed. The statements from Moshe Feiglin cannot be dismissed as irresponsible hyperbole; what he has endorsed and promoted is the psychopathic, insane, genocide policy of the Third Reich. He has published a plan for the total destruction of the Palestinian people in Gaza and calls for the use of concentration camps. As any human rights lawyer will tell you, this amounts to direct and public incitement to genocide; it is a crime punishable under the Genocide Convention.

Feiglin, a member of Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party, calls for the “conquest of the entire Gaza Strip, and annihilation of all fighting forces and their supporters… This is our country, our country exclusively… including Gaza.” His publically-aired views were expressed in a letter addressed to Netanyahu. Should Feiglin set foot anywhere outside of Israel he could, and should, be arrested and prosecuted under the Genocide Convention for his statements.

Feiglin and his Knesset colleague Shaked are now both on record as having made specific, explicit genocidal statements. Leaving no room for doubt about his intentions while calling for mass extermination and ethnic cleansing, Feiglin urged Netanyahu to “turn Gaza into Jaffa, a flourishing Israeli city with a minimum number of hostile civilians.”

For those of you who don’t know Jaffa, it was once a major Palestinian coastal city that was ethnically-cleansed by Zionist militias in 1948 and sucked into present-day Israel. The few thousand Palestinians who remain in the city face ongoing attempts to force them out.

One would hope that were such views expressed in Westminster they would lead to party expulsion, but that’s not going to happen in Israel, where Feiglin’s Facebook post has attracted thousands of “Likes” from approving Israelis; more than 2,000 have even copied and shared the posting.

There’s nothing vague about the detail either. He told Netanyahu that the Israeli army must “designate certain open areas on the Sinai border, adjacent to the sea, in which the civilian population will be concentrated, far from the built-up areas that are used for launches and tunnelling. In these areas, tent encampments will be established, until relevant emigration destinations are determined.”

In anyone’s language he is talking about concentration camps, but advocating canvas tents instead of wooden huts. And what of Gaza itself? Well he suggested bombing the hell out of it, leaving the military to “exterminate nests of resistance, in the event that any should remain.”

Warming to his genocidal theme Feiglin gushed: “Israel will start searching for emigration destinations and quotas for the refugees from Gaza… but those who insist on staying, if they can be proven to have no affiliation with Hamas, will be required to publicly sign a declaration of loyalty to Israel, and receive a blue ID card similar to that of the Arabs of East Jerusalem.” I’m only surprised that he did not advocate Palestinians wearing yellow star badges on their lapels and tattooing numbers on everyone’s arms.

If you still find this hard to believe, Feiglin’s Facebook page is verifiable as his own, because it is linked with his official page on the Knesset website. Here is his 1 August statement on Facebook.

The words of politicians who sit in the Israeli government, like Feiglin and Shaked, surely means an end to the criticism of those who draw comparisons and parallels between Zionism and Nazism. The reality is that the Knesset is on the path of reviving the policies of Adolf Hitler, but the actions of the Nazis should not be used as a template for Gaza. Nevertheless, Israel has already created a ghetto under siege in Gaza, which is it systematically destroying brick by brick, slaughtering its inhabitants, young and old, along the way. The cries of “never again” which were screamed so loudly at the end of World War II are beginning to ring hollow.

Apart from ordinary people around the world marching in their millions every weekend to protest against the genocide in Gaza, who is strong enough to step forward and do the right thing? Sadly, until the US stops abusing its veto to protect Israel, the UN Security Council will remain toothless and useless.

Furthermore, we are disgusted and outraged by Elie Wiesel’s abuse of our history in these pages to promote blatant falsehoods used to justify the unjustifiable: Israel’s wholesale effort to destroy Gaza and the murder of nearly 2,000 Palestinians, including many hundreds of children. Nothing can justify bombing UN shelters, homes, hospitals and universities. Nothing can justify depriving people of electricity and water.

We must raise our collective voices and use our collective power to bring about an end to all forms of racism, including the ongoing genocide of Palestinian people. We call for an immediate end to the siege against and blockade of Gaza. We call for the full economic, cultural and academic boycott of Israel. “Never again” must mean NEVER AGAIN FOR ANYONE!

Tell me how would you deal with that ? How would you deal with 10 000 rockets raining down on Canada say from Alaska ?

Israel drops leaflets urging civilians to leave an area before engaging at all ! Why don't you get some sense and condemn those who bombard Israel with rockets and then refuse to let own civilians evacuate because it looks good for the terrorists on TV but bad for Israel of course who got to respond against attacks !

RedEzra your making a fool of yourself...you know as well as I do that the weaponry technology that Israel holds in it's "hot little hands" doesn't compare to the rockets that fly from Gaza and which are for the most part destroyed by Israel's Missile Dome which was in part funded courtesy of the United States.
As for the leaflets a few hours notice doesn't do justice for the civilians of Gaza...besides as they are fleeing their homes your snipers shoot them down in cold blood...lift the blockades from Gaza and let the citizens return to some semblance of normalcy...Israel has of course destroyed the infrastructure in Gaza so that their economy is in ruins with over $6 billion needed to rebuild including the electrical plant.
Maybe you can spend some time "tending the flowers" in your own garden RedEzra. They are probably dying of thirst!

What kind of argument is that ? Hamas in Gaza has been firing 10 000 rockets over Israel !

If Israel did not assert control over what comes into Gaza from the sea then even more powerful rockets would be raining down over civilians!

Before Israel withdrew in 2005 and left the Arabs alone to govern Gaza there was a blooming flower business before Hamas got control over the strip and stamped upon the flowers dug terror tunnels using child labour and purchased thousands of rockets smuggled through Sinai for the sole purpose of terror !
