Post  Carol Thu Mar 01, 2012 5:46 pm

Mar 01, 2012 09:36 AM EST With a terrible feeling of pain and loss we announce the passing of Andrew Breitbart. Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.

ObamaCollegeGate on the way? Yesterday during his speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference, Andrew Breitbart gave the audience and C-SPAN viewers a preview of what's to come during the 2012 general election against Barack Obama. He said the mainstream media refused to vet Obama in 2008 and that he will not go unvetted in 2012. Breitbart says he has videos of Obama in college that nobody has seen. Considering he's the man who took down ACORN and Anthony Weiner, this could be good.

Seems to be a question on whether the story on David James is correct.

The only one reporting this is an amendment on Wikipedia.

There is no mention of his passing on the parliment page of the UK 's list of deceased Lords....

Perhaps as Mark Twain said......The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated!

On his top-rated show today, Savage played an audio clip of Breitbart telling an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington last month that he had obtained videos that shed light on Obama’s ties to radicals in the early 1980s who helped propel him to the presidency. “Maybe my overly active imagination kicked into overdrive,” Savage told his listeners of his decision to raise the question. “But you heard what Breitbart said – he has videos … we’re going to vet the president.” Breitbart told the CPAC crowd last month that the videos would reveal Obama during a time when he was meeting a “bunch of silver ponytails” – referring to Weather Underground terror group members Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. “I told him two years ago to get a body guard. Never be alone in the street,” Savage said. Savage, the author of the bestselling novel “Abuse of Power,” put on his novelist hat and speculated about ways a murderer could remain undetected by inducing a heart attack that didn’t leave any traces.

Personal Note: I hope everyone pays closet attention to what Breitbart had to say before his death and votes Republican. And also votes out incumbents at all elections at each election. I'm totally sick of lifetime politicians except for Rand and Ron Paul the only two that actually supports the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I am not sure the data regarding Lord James of Blackheath death is validCarol.
There is no mention of his sudden death on the UK parliament website:
    http://www.parliament.uk/biographies/lords/david-james/24971

an no articles related to his recent death in the press either nor on the Lords blog.
    http://lordsoftheblog.net/

Also it seems Wiki has corrected it's blunder. When you go to it now the page does'nt mention James of Blackheath's death date anylonger:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_James,_Baron_James_of_Blackheath

Oops sorry Micjer I had'nt seen your post.
I had made the same point yesterday on metaw's thread regarding this.
I read somewhere that Wiki mixed Breitbart's death with Lord Jame's of Blackheath.
    Anyways they corrected it now.

THE VETTING, PART I: BARACK'S LOVE SONG TO ALINSKY
    http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/03/04/obama-alinsky-love-song
Prior to his passing, Andrew Breitbart said that the mission of the Breitbart empire was to exemplify the free and fearless press that our Constitution protects--but which, increasingly, the mainstream media denies us. “Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?” – “Who guards the guardians?” Andrew saw himself in that role—as a guardian protecting Americans from the left’s “objective” loyal scribes.
Andrew wanted to do what the mainstream media would not. First and foremost: Andrew pledged to vet President Barack H. Obama.

Andrew did not want to re-litigate the 2008 election. Nor did he want to let Republicans off the hook. Instead, he wanted to show that the media had failed in its most basic duty: to uncover the truth, and hold those in power accountable, regardless of party.

From today through Election Day, November 6, 2012, we will vet this president--and his rivals.

We begin with a column Andrew wrote last week in preparation for today’s Big relaunch--a story that should swing the first hammer against the glass wall the mainstream media has built around Barack Obama.
