One thing that a study of the UFO makes abundantly clear: someone is operating technology that is not supposed to exist, and yet it does. Bio: Richard Dolan was born in Brooklyn, New York, studied at Alfred University and Oxford University, a Rhodes scholarship finalist, and completed his graduate work in history at the University of Rochester. Richard Dolan talked about his new book, co-authored with Bryce Zabel, After Disclosure, which examines what life will be like after the reality of UFOs is revealed. Despite what has been a fruitless, decades-long fight for answers to the UFO enigma, the authors contended that disclosure is an inevitability. "There's going to be a time, a day, a moment, an event," Dolan said, "something in which the 'powers that be' are forced to make the decision to disclose." "When they do decide they have to give it up, because events are spinning out of their own control, they'll try to manage it, even as it goes public." Having looked at the various possible scenarios where UFO disclosure becomes such a necessity, they determined that an incontrovertible, mass UFO sighting recorded by modern technology would be the most likely event. Detailing how he thinks they think UFO disclosure would unfold, the authors speculated that the announcement may occur on a Friday afternoon. They theorized that this timing would be used to off-set a potentially catastrophic stock market reaction and to also allow for the general public to use the weekend to digest the stunning news. The duo traced the disclosure announcement from the first day, which they foresee as a time of confusion and potential panic, to the first week, when people would begin asking questions about why and how this news remained secret for so long. This call for accountability, they said, would result in a paradoxical relationship between society and the media, military, and government, where they would be blamed for "missing" the story but also looked to for answers and protection. Ultimately, Zabel and Dolan put forward the idea that, while the first post-disclosure year would be "a bumpy ride," society will eventually stabilize as it becomes acclimated to the new world that has emerged from beneath the veil of secrecy.

The technology comes from 2003, but it's developers say the Harry Potter-like invisibility cloak is just the beginning. The team, led by Dr. Susumu Tachi, from Keio University, is now adapting their findings to help pilots, drivers, doctors and others. Retro-reflective projection technology uses a computer, a video camera and projector to shine background images onto the front of a subject wearing specialised clothing, creating the illusion of invisibility. What makes the technology unique is a fabric made of glass beads only 50 microns wide, which can reflect light directly back at the source, much like the screen in a cinema. Viewed from near the light source, the projection is bright even in broad daylight, and researchers say the material can be applied to almost anything. In the short term, the team sees usage in car interiors, airplanes and helicopters. They say blind spots could be eliminated and accidents and hard landings avoided by making walls seemingly transparent. The eventual goal though is to create an "augmented reality" that allows anyone to easily see information on real world objects. [Dr. Susumu Tachi, Keio University]: "Looking to the future, instead of glasses, people could wear this and it would act as a navigation system. It could also tell you who someone is, if you meet them around town." In the few years since the technology's invention, the price of the material, as well as that of computing, has come down, opening the door for smaller yet more powerful applications. Whether used to increase safety or to create a whole new form of computer-human interaction, the world is likely to see, or possibly not see, more of this technology in the future.

The accidental discovery of single atom elements by a Phoenix-area cotton farmer in the 1970s may have opened the door to limitless free energy, a cure for AIDS and cancer, longevity, faster-than-light speeds, anti-gravity and much more, perhaps even inter-dimensional and time travel. But this discovery may precipitated new policies and even war in a struggle to gain control over this new technology? And, while this discovery has been startling to modern science, it appears to be nothing new. As stated in Ecclesiastes 1:9 (New International), "What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun."

Today, several scholars have linked this amazing discovery to the mythology and legends of the far distant past, especially in ancient Mesopotamia today known as Iraq.
Interest in this new technology grew rapidly and by 2003, some researchers were even claiming that the invasion of Iraq made have had more to do with this new discovery than with oil, weapons of mass destruction or regime change. This story of amazing new discoveries, their connection with narratives from the ancient past and the possible role all this plays in current world events is gaining more and more interest within the public. It appears as though these elemental secrets were lost centuries ago, though vestiges of this knowledge may have been passed down through the years by a series of secret societies.

The current story began with David Hudson, a self-styled conservative Republican and cotton farmer from Phoenix, Arizona. By the mid-1970s, Hudson had found farming in the parched baked soil there a hard scrabble. He began to look for other means of making a living even as he began injecting sulphuric acid into the soil in an effort to break up the dry crust. He found that by spraying his soil samples with a cyanide solution, he could obtain traces of metals from the ore, including gold.
"[W]e had been doing soils analysis [when we thought of] this concept of literally piling ore up on a piece of plastic and spraying it with a cyanide solution, which dissolves selectively the gold out of the ore," Hudson told a Dallas audience in 1995. "It trickles down through the ore until it hits the plastic and then runs out of the plastic into the settling pond. It's pumped up through activated charcoal where the gold adheres to the charcoal and then the solution is returned to the stack...The concept seemed pretty simple. I decided, you know a lot of farmers have airplanes, a lot of farmers have race horses, a lot of farmers have race cars...I decided I was going to have a gold mine."

After checking out several locations, including abandoned gold mines, Hudson found the site near Phoenix he was seeking. "I had a lot of earth movers and water trucks and road graders and backhoes and caterpillars and these kinds of things on the farm and I had equipment operators, so I decided I was going to set up one of these heap leach cyanide systems."

Hudson got much more than he had bargained for. "[W]e began recovering the gold and silver and we would take the charcoal down to our farm. We'd strip it with hot cyanide and sodium hydroxide. We'd run it through an 'electro-winning cell' to get the gold out. And then we would do what's called a 'fire assay,' where you run it through a crucible reduction to get this gold and silver bead....This is the time honored procedure for recovering gold and silver and, basically, its been performed for 250-300 years. It's the accepted standard in the industry," he explained.

But, along with small amounts of gold and silver, Hudson also recovered small beads of a material which baffled attempts at analysis. "Something was recovering with the gold and silver [that] we couldn't explain," he said.

This "something" turned out to be elements heretofore unknown to modern science, elements composed of a single atom. This monatomic matter is found in virtually everything around us including the food we eat and the water we drink.

Hudson found such elements could be retrieved from noble metals such as gold, silver, copper, cobalt and nickel along with platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium and osmium.

He also found that the nuclei of such monatomic matter acted in an unusual manner. Under certain circumstances, they began spinning and creating oddly deformed shapes. Oddly, as these nuclei spun they began to come apart on their own.

India's Space Research Organization Announces “Giant Underground Chamber” on Moon

Back in 2009, the Japanese Space Agency JAXA announced a moon hole deep enough to contain a small human base. Now, the Indian Space Research Organization has discovered a "giant underground chamber" near the Moon's equator, in the Oceanus Procellarum area.

The huge cave— discovered by the Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft—is more than one mile long (1.7 kilometers) and 393 feet wide (120 meters).

By comparison, the vertical hole that Jaxa discovered was only 213 feet (65 meters across) and 289 feet deep (88 meters). This new chamber is big enough to contain a small lunar city or a secret Nazi base with a few thousand UFOs.

The Indian researchers have published a paper detailing their findings and talking about the possibility of making this giant underground vault as a future human base. The settlement would be protected from radiation, micro-meteor impacts, dust and extreme temperature changes by the lava structure....

They also point out that explorers would only need minimal construction, without the added cost of having to use expensive shields against the hazardous lunar environment.

The Mars Records - Biofeedback meter sessions where a man regained hidden memories of military service on Mars, Time Travel, Killing with Remote Viewing, Mind Control, and Military and Alien abductions.

In December 1996 I began doing one-on-one Clearing sessions in Australia with an American man in his early 40's named Michael. I am an Australian. I had known Michael for a year prior to this. His life prior to 1995 had been spent in the USA.

During these sessions we came to discover a vast number of astounding things that he had done, and which had been done to him, of which he had been totally unaware. These things included having worked on Mars for the US government, remote viewing, time travel, age recession by 20 years, being given false memories to cover his time on Mars, abductions and other experiences.

Michael is a successful professional working in the information technology industry. He previously worked in the U.S. Navy. He is of sound mind and body, is highly intelligent and healthy. He has never taken recreational drugs or alcohol. Before the first clearing session, one would have considered that he had lead a perfectly normal life.

The first clearing session was carried out because Michael had memories of seeing spaceships as a boy, and he wanted to determine whether these memories were real, or a dream, or if they were something else entirely. In fact, the sessions uncovered a whole range of suppressed memories.

When I first met Michael I felt that he might be the man for me. And yet sometimes when I looked behind his eyes, there seemed to be an unusually large amount of suppressed rage. This would erupt occasionally and we would then have large arguments. After knowing him for a while, I offered the sessions to him, in an attempt to rid him of this anger.

After a number of sessions, his anger reduced so much and his personality improved to the extent that when he asked me to marry him, I accepted. We married in August 1997 and we moved from Australia to the USA. We returned to Australia at the end of 1999.

When we discovered what you are about to read, Michael asked me to type up my written records. When I finally accepted that we should publish these records, my original desire was to do so under a pseudonym. However, something happened to change that. We are not totally sure that an attempt was not made on Michaels life in November 1999, two weeks after we booked a flight to return to Australia from the USA. This event is described in Chapter 49 - A Strange Accident. After this event, and much praying for guidance, we decided to publish using our real names. We made this decision because it is our understanding that generally the people who have been murdered for what they knew, were those who did so under pseudonyms. The Œbad guys can always find out who wrote what. However, usually whenever some one is willing to use his real name when he comes forward with unusual information, he is left to live - because his death gives credibility to his information. (A notable exception to this was the late Phil Schneider. See Appendices IV and V).

An example of this working: After Dr Joseph Puleo wrote a trial publication for "Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse", an attempt was made on his life. Men in black clothes aimed a lazer gun through his kitchen window, which should have given him a fatal heart attack. However, God looks after his people. At the moment the lazer was fired, Dr Puleo picked up a bottle of olive oil - which took enough of the blast to enable him to survive. Dr Puleo then agreed to use his real name in the final publication.

Time Traveler Andrew Basaigo on C2C 11/10/11 talks about Time/Space Program
Part of DARPA’s Project Pegasus as a young child and now a practicing attorney, Andrew D. Basiago claims to be one of America’s early time-space explorers. He'll be joined by Brett Stillings and Laura Eisenhower, who'll describe their experiences visiting the surface of Mars and with time travel research by the US government. Dr. Basiago was trained by Ed Dames when he was Captain on Mars and what to expect when there. He also said that Obama had been to Mars. A number of American civilians were put on the face of Mars and the US had put a defense staging base to protect earth. 30 years ago they were anticipating colonizing Mars and that this has been done.

The jump room is literally the elevator that they would take up to the 5th floor to check in then to the 8th floor where the elevator would morph into a portal at the Hughs Aircraft Facility south of LA International Airport in California. This was a 20 to 30 minute jump to Mars to a room under the surface of Mars. They were reaching Mars in a transphysical way. He was greeted on the surface by 3 civilians who worked for the CIA. He discovered he could breath on the surface of Mars kind of like at the 10,000 foot level here on earth. Mars didn't have the same oxygen level as earth does. William Stillings also went with Andrew to Mars.

They said it was desert with a lot of clay about and had a very reddish ground. The sky was very light blue. There were some very small bushes, weeds and stuff. He said that Dames was their instructor.

The project to Mars has not stopped. About 30 years ago they sent 97,000 sent people and said only 7,000 survived after 5 years. There is very little water on Mars so all provisions were dependent upon provisions sent via the jump room. A number of the others died from predators. This was 31 years ago and they think that there is about 500,000 there on Mars now.

Obama was identified at that time (about 30 years ago) that he would be one of the future Presidents. Andrew Basiago plans to run for President in 2016 and was also told he would one day he would be president but didn't know which election he would win. Basically the CIA put to future Presidents on Mars by subjecting them to the experience of going to another planet while they were in their late teens. Obama knew as early as 1982 he was going to be President. There were two other individuals of note was Regina Doogan who is in charge of DARPA, the very agency that gave the nation it's time travel.. and the future astronaut was William Cameron McCool but who died in the Columbia. Most of these individual in this program were born around 1961.

Part of DARPA's Project Pegasus as a young child and now a practicing attorney, Andrew D. Basiago claims to be one of America's early time-space explorers. Appearing in the latter half of the show, he discussed his involvement with the CIA's Mars visitation program in 1980. The program, he said, was started in the 1970s, and transported people from a "jump room" (an elevator in El Segundo, CA that served as a kind of portal) to the surface of Mars. According to Basiago, Maj. Ed Dames taught a training course to several of the participants about what to expect in terms of humanoids and "predator species" on the Martian surface (Dames briefly appeared in the 4th hour and denied his involvement with the program).

Also joining the show was William Brett Stillings, who said he was in the Mars visitation program in the early 1980s along with Basiago, and such future luminaries as Barry Soetoro (Pres. Barack Obama), and Regina Dugan (the current head of DARPA). Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, the great granddaughter of Pres. Eisenhower, made an appearance as well, revealing that she was the target of a sophisticated recruitment effort to join the Mars colony in 2006-07, though she turned down the opportunity. Basiago announced that he plans to run for President in 2016.

During the C2C interview with Andrew Basiago, Ed Dames came on-line in an attempt to discredit Basiago. I've been following Major Ed Dames (Dr. Doom) ever since he made his first appearance on Coast to Coast back in the mid-90s and also used to visit and post on his past web-site. Over the years after listening to many of his interviews, reading his posts and examining his data, I've come to the conclusion that Major Dames is also a disinformation agent most likely for the CIA.

Dames was telling everyone back in 1996 that the sun was going to produce a kill shot and promoting his RV training course so folks would learn how to discern where a safe area was to relocate to. Basically he was using fear tactics to promote his RV training course. I'm still pissed at him as given his credentials and not really knowing much about him at the onset was one of many who purchased long term storage supplies and relocated to an isolated area up north where we buried it all in a 40 foot container underground. We now have this time capsule some 3,000 miles away from where we are living now. The bottom line was we spent thousands of dollars to prepare and nothing has happened in these past 16 years to warrant the worry and expense. I could go on about what happened on his web-site and his personal life but won't. Or that he tends to remote view people without their permission, moi aussi included. And back then he scouted for RV talent in some of the most unusual ways via his own personal remote viewing where he located another friend of mine and was quite nasty when challenged by this friend. Another long story I won't go into. This friend was the one who gave me Dames RV course materials. From the information being presented by the different people who clime to have been to Mars, many of the individuals involved in the Mars project were civilians and even those as children in the project were hypnotized and drugged to forget and compartmentalize their memories and experiences - later, when their memories returned, as civilians they are free to disclose - whereas those in the military who have signed non-disclosure agreements cannot. Those military personal who are the current whistle-blowers disclose because they are retired and/or near death. I also recall how Colonel {ret.} Phillip Corso disclosed that our government can time-travel to a personal friend of mine and wrote about his various ET experiences but had to publish his book in Italy as he could not do this in the U.S.
