TRANSFORMERS ARE BLOWING AND THE SKY RUMBLES FOR LONG TIME PERIODS

Could this be the result of a plasma weapon OR actual plasma (conducts electricity) interactions in the atmosphere as this is is happening worldwide.

When ice ages start one get floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, changes in DNA and other cells/atoms, magnetic reversals, lots of snow/cold, and plasma interactions in the atmosphere which can also travel to the ground and cause power grids to fail. This is when skies make rumbling sounds and strange explosion sounds even though there is no rain storm apparent or any other regular reason for a explosion sound.

It is why Venus has lightning in its smog-like clouds and its mountain-tops glow with St. Elmo's fire. It is why the Earth has lightning stretching into space in the form of "red sprites" and "blue jets", and why tethered satellites "blow a fuse".

However, nobody is trained to consider electrical energy input to weather systems.

27 Jul 10 - (Excerpts from NASA article) - Researchers using NASA's fleet of five THEMIS spacecraft have discovered a form of space weather that packs the punch of an earthquake and plays a key role in sparking bright Northern Lights. They call it "the spacequake."

A spacequake is a temblor in Earth's magnetic field. It is felt most strongly in Earth orbit, but is not exclusive to space. The effects can reach all the way down to the surface of Earth itself.

"Magnetic reverberations have been detected at ground stations all around the globe, much like seismic detectors measure a large earthquake," says THEMIS principal investigator Vassilis Angelopoulos of UCLA.

It's an apt analogy because "the total energy in a spacequake can rival that of a magnitude 5 or 6 earthquake," according to Evgeny Panov of the Space Research Institute in Austria. Panov is first author of a paper reporting the results in the April 2010 issue of Geophysical Research Letters (GRL).

The action begins in Earth's magnetic tail, which is stretched out like a windsock by the million mph solar wind. Sometimes the tail can become so stretched and tension-filled, it snaps back like an over-torqued rubber band. Solar wind plasma trapped in the tail hurtles toward Earth. But what would happen then?

"Now we know," says THEMIS project scientist David Sibeck of the Goddard Space Flight Center. "Plasma jets trigger spacequakes."

According to THEMIS, the jets crash into the geomagnetic field some 30,000 km above Earth's equator. The impact sets off a rebounding process, in which the incoming plasma actually bounces up and down on the reverberating magnetic field. Researchers call it "repetitive flow rebuffing." It's akin to a tennis ball bouncing up and down on a carpeted floor. The first bounce is a big one, followed by bounces of decreasing amplitude as energy is dissipated in the carpet.

"'When plasma jets hit the inner magnetosphere, vortices with opposite sense of rotation appear and reappear on either side of the plasma jet," explains Rumi Nakamura of the Space Research Institute in Austria, a co-author of the study. Acting together, vortices and spacequakes could have a noticeable effect on Earth. The tails of vortices may funnel particles into Earth's atmosphere, sparking auroras and making waves of ionization that disturb radio communications and GPS. By tugging on surface magnetic fields, spacequakes generate currents in the very ground we walk on. Ground current surges can have profound consequences, in extreme cases bringing down power grids over a wide area.

Didn't we have a couple of mysterious whirlpools swirling out in the Atlantic each of them swirling in opposite directions? Are there not problems with GPS lately?

Our galaxy is now passing through the Milky Way Galaxy's plane (ribbon) of energy. That is probably a factor, too, since all of the planets in our solar system are expanding, brightening, and their magnetic poles are changing location. But, i am not sure that moving through that plane is the only way that a magnetic reversal can start."

We had a small intense thunderstorm develop in our area last Friday. There was not a lot of visible lightning, yet there was a constant rumble of thunder for 40 minutes straight without letting up. I asked the other folks watching and listening if they had ever heard anything like it...no one had. It soundded much like the sounds in Florida. It was coming out of the thunderstorm, but where was the lightning? I think I only witnessed 3 strikes.

Weird indeed.

Two Gravitational Vortexes protruding the Earth about to snap together in a major whip

As you can see in the computer picture of the Gravitational Anomalies on Earth , there are two Highs and two Lows .

As gravity was described as a wake or vortex generated by spinning matter ( see Unifying Properties of Nature or UPN ) and imagining it as a huge , long and thin tornado in space ( spinning SuperFluid/dark-matter see UPN )it has an ;in; and an ;out; , a High and the exit as a Low , just as seen in the picture .
So what do two tornado-like gravity vectors/vortexes do when they meet ? They Mate , creating a bigger , stronger one .
But when they do , it's like a massive snap ...

New and improved map of the Earth's gravity field

Gravity satellite yields 'Potato Earth' view

It looks like a giant potato in space.

And yet, the information in this model is the sharpest view we have of how gravity varies across the Earth.

The globe has been released by the team working on Europe's Goce satellite.

It is a highly exaggerated rendering, but it neatly illustrates how the tug we feel from the mass of rock under our feet is not the same in every location.

Gravity is strongest in yellow areas; it is weakest in blue ones.

Scientists say the data gathered by the super-sleek space probe is bringing a step change in our understanding of the force that pulls us downwards and the way it is shaping some key processes on Earth.

Chief among these new insights is a clearer view of how the oceans are moving and how they redistribute the heat from the Sun around the world - information that is paramount to climate studies.

Those interested in earthquakes are also poring over the Goce results. The giant jolt that struck Japan this month and Chile last year occurred because huge masses of rock suddenly moved. Goce should reveal a three-dimensional view of what was going on inside the Earth.

"Even though these quakes resulted from big movements in the Earth, at the altitude of the satellite the signals are very small. But we should still seem them in the data," said Dr Johannes Bouman from the German Geodetic Research Institute (DGFI).

Idea on transformer explosions=CME. On 5/12 ARMYOFNINJAWARLOCKS reported a planet sized comet hit the sun [STEREO Vid] and nasa said the cme would impact us on 5/14 & a 2nd poss. on 5/16. Said it was a class g-16 geomagnetic storm & it would last @ 12 hours and possible to interfere w/comm systems/grid +/-electronics.

Thanks Micjer. I've been working with a computer that is in the throes of dying and finally gave up the ghost so now I'm on something else that does work. Meaning I didn't take the time to check through all the photos before posting that particular one because my computer also kept dying on me. sigh

This other data is very interesting because these transformers blowing is turning into a global situation. I guess this is a message to all of us to become as self-sustainable as possible sans electricity.

NASA Warns of Solar Disaster Coming Soon! NOAA and Co Should Accept The Mayan Calendar, not Suppress it.

The Mayan Calendar and it's Predictions about the Sun, 2012 and general Cosmic Activity do not Count as Human History.

At least that is what, in so many Words, NASA or NOAA seems to be saying. We read:

June 4, 2010: Earth and space are about to come into contact in a way that's new to human history. To make preparations, authorities in Washington DC are holding a meeting: The Space Weather Enterprise Forum at the National Press Club on June 8th.

Richard Fisher, head of NASA's Heliophysics Division, explains what it's all about:

"The sun is waking up from a deep slumber, and in the next few years we expect to see much higher levels of solar activity. At the same time, our technological society has developed an unprecedented sensitivity to solar storms. The intersection of these two issues is what we're getting together to discuss."

Now we all know that the Maya and the now infamous, but clearly largely still un-respected Mayan calendar has been telling us about this, well since about 5,125 years ago or when Atlantis sunk, many would argue. It has been forecasting solar flares, CME's and the likes since before our modern history. As far as we know, people that made up the Mayan civilization were humans, right? They do admit, NOAA, this;

Once again, maybe a little checking into the Dresden Codex and what the Maya calendar actually has to say may do them some good. Yet in any event, good to see them getting the warnings out; even with 2012 doomsday looking images like this one from that NASA article:

The NASA article reads further: "Smart power grids, GPS navigation, air travel, financial services and emergency radio communications can all be knocked out by intense solar activity. A century-class solar storm, the Academy warned, could cause twenty times more economic damage than Hurricane Katrina."

Last month Australasian Science had also reported that "Massive Sun Solar Flare Storm will hit Earth in 2012 with 'Force Of 100m Hydrogen bombs'.

NASA report on Sun solar Storm which was carried out for NASA by the US National Academy of Sciences in 2009 had also warned about upcoming solar Storm 2012 too.

In past we had reported about August 2010 Solar storm, which had triggered Spacequake and caused 6.4 Earthquake on August 4, 2010

Now the British Defence Secretary Liam Fox will next week attend a summit of scientists and security advisers who believe the infrastructure that underpins modern life in Western economies is potentially vulnerable to electromagnetic disruption.

Some scientists say there is a similar danger from a once-in-a-century solar flare, a disturbance on the surface of the sun that could cause geomagnetic storms on earth.

A major flare in the mid-19th century blocked the nascent telegraph system, and some scientists believe that another such even is now overdue.

The Westminister meeting is being jointly hosted by the Electric Infrastructure Security Council and the Henry Jackson Society, a think-tank.

The meeting will be addressed by Avi Schnurr, a former US government adviser who said that “super-flares” occur about once every hundred years, meaning the next is overdue.

The electrical grid, computers, telephones, transportation, water supply, food production are all vulnerable to a major flare, said Mr Schnurr, who also works for the Israel Missile Defence Association, a lobby group.

“Our electrical infrastructures are so ubiquitous that an EMP or geomagnetic storm could shatter nations all over the earth, and we cannot wait for disaster to spur us to action,” he said

According to Hopi prediction "Sun will get Harder".Mayans said catastrophic "Solar Event" in 2012 and Web Bot also supported the same.

NASA report concluded that "The sun operates on an 11-year cycle, with the next "active" phase due in 2012 likely to present the nearest danger."

Doomsday Vault

Norway has already begun storage of seeds in the Svalbard area and in the arctic north with the help of the US and EU and all around in Norway. They will only save those that are in the elite of power and those that can build up again: doctors, scientists.

The Svalbard Global Seed Vault, situated halfway between Norway and the north pole, has the capacity to store 4.5 million different seed samples. Since each sample will contain on average 500 seeds, around 2,25 billion seeds may be stored there. They are being held in the Arctic storage facility in case a future disaster wipes out food crops. The location has been carefully chosen to provide maximum protection to the seeds. T he underground vault has been built as a 120 meters long tunnel inside a mountain, at about 130 meters above sea level, and permafrost and the thick rock will ensure that the samples remain frozen, even without electricity.


"The adverse effects of extreme space weather on modern technology--power grid outages, high-frequency communication blackouts, spacecraft anomalies--are well known and well documented, and the physical processes underlying space weather are also generally well understood. Less well documented and understood, however, are the potential economic and societal impacts of the disruption of critical technological systems by severe space weather.

As a first step toward determining the socioeconomic impacts of extreme space weather events and addressing the questions of space weather risk assessment and management, a public workshop was held in May 2008. The workshop brought together representatives of industry, the government, and academia to consider both direct and collateral effects of severe space weather events, the current state of the space weather services infrastructure in the United States, the needs of users of space weather data and services, and the ramifications of future technological developments for contemporary society's vulnerability to space weather. The workshop concluded with a discussion of un- or underexplored topics that would yield the greatest benefits in space weather risk management."

1859 Carrington Event
From August 28, 1859 until September 2, numerous sunspots and solar flares were observed on the sun. Just before noon on September 1, the British astronomer Richard Carrington observed the largest flare,[4] which caused a massive coronal mass ejection (CME) to travel directly toward Earth, taking 18 hours. This is remarkable because such a journey normally takes three to four days. It moved so quickly because an earlier CME had cleared its way.[4]

On 1 September 1859, Carrington and Richard Hodgson, another English amateur astronomer, independently made the first observations of a solar flare. Because of a simultaneous "crochet" observed in the Kew Observatory magnetometer record by Balfour Stewart and a geomagnetic storm observed the following day, Carrington suspected a solar-terrestrial connection. World wide reports on the effects of the geomagnetic storm of 1859 were compiled and published by Elias Loomis which support the observations of Carrington and Balfour Stewart.

On September 1–2, 1859, the largest recorded geomagnetic storm occurred. Aurorae were seen around the world, most notably over the Caribbean; also noteworthy were those over the Rocky Mountains that were so bright that their glow awoke gold miners, who began preparing breakfast because they thought it was morning.[4]

Telegraph systems all over Europe and North America failed in some cases even shocking telegraph operators.[5] Telegraph pylons threw sparks and telegraph paper spontaneously caught fire.[6] Some telegraph systems appeared to continue to send and receive messages despite having been disconnected from their power supplies.[7]

On September 3, 1859, the Baltimore American and Commercial Advertiser reported, "Those who happened to be out late on Thursday night had an opportunity of witnessing another magnificent display of the auroral lights. The phenomena was very similar to the display on Sunday night, though at times the light was, if possible, more brilliant, and the prismatic hues more varied and gorgeous. The light appeared to cover the whole firmament, apparently like a luminous cloud, through which the stars of the larger magnitude indistinctly shone. The light was greater than that of the moon at its full, but had an indescribable softness and delicacy that seemed to envelop everything upon which it rested. Between 12 and 1 o'clock, when the display was at its full brilliancy, the quiet streets of the city resting under this strange light, presented a beautiful as well as singular appearance."[8]
