There comes a point where you just can't take it anymore and run away from it .
It is nearly a decade now that I don't watch TV anylonger.
Over the years I noticed the level of programs dropping lower and lower.
I think it has the potential of being a fantastic means of information but it's
repeated twisted use has made it another means to put the human race asleep.

    Love from me

I know it has affected me, because the first thing that came to mind when watching the first video was that, "This seems like something right out of The Twilight Zone". We have even been conditioned to refer to the strange and bizarre via references to television programs and franchise films.

The message is always the same: scare somebody into thinking they need something that they do not, then convince them that if they buy a product, everything will make it all better/go away. It no longer matters what the product is, so long as we are exposed to ads all around us in every medium that keep telling us to buy something so that we feel better.

I have not watched the remaining videos yet, but found it a tad ironic that in the first video, they advertise how one may purchase a copy of a DVD that they are selling. Scare then sell. Scare then sell.

It's creepy, because around here, there is always a TV on, but that is another story (I'd just as soon be rid of them).

    EYES

    Right outside the window
    something's happening
a man he stares into a TV screen
from the next apartment we hear music
    bleeding through the scene

TV pans the bedroom, woman's sleeping
hands are sprawled out loosely across the bed
    she must be pretty rich
'cause I can see all the diamonds on her neck

    And there's always someone watching
    eyes
    TV's on and someone watching
    eyes

Silent sunbeams falling across the window
    suddenly she awakens with surprise
day and night they always go so quickly
    in TV time

Her husband rushes in and in the meantime
she just slightly smiles and turns her head
he just whispers something to her softly
    God knows what he said

    And there's always someone watching
    eyes
    TV's on and someone watching
    eyes

You know it wasn't very long
before the two of them were kissing
she was his wife, he was her man
but they knew what they were missing

    And there's always someone watching
    eyes
    TV's on and someone's watching
    eyes
    in the kitchen someone's watching
    eyes
and the maid and butler's watching
    eyes

    TV's on somebody's watching
    TV's on somebody's watching

    And there's always someone watching
    eyes
    TV's on and someone's watching
    eyes
