"HAARP RING" over europe.. a sign of something to come? March 17, 2011

In the exact center of the circle is military base Beauvechain near Brussels, Belgium!

I have seen a similar ring in the past in north west Australia and nothing seem to have happened there. First time I know it to be above France. Interesting
