Sanitary Towel Prompts TSA To Grope Sexual Assault Victim

Menstruating women beware. If you intend to travel, your panty-liners are now considered suspicious objects, after all you could be concealing a bomb in there.

The latest insane TSA transgression answers questions that were raised last week when it was revealed naked body scanners can also detect sanitary napkins.

New York Times reporter Joe Sharkey wrote Monday that he was getting a lot of requests for information from female frequent fliers.

“Do the imagers, for example, detect sanitary napkins?” women wanted to know. “Yes,” wrote Sharkey.

“Does that then necessitate a pat-down? The TSA couldn’t say. Screeners, the TSA has said, are expected to exercise some discretion.” the article continued.

“And what about tampons?” asked the blog Feminist Peace Network. “They look kind of like sticks of dynamite. Are they going to ask us to pull them out and show them just to be sure?”

The answer, judging from one woman’s written testimony, seems to be yes.

A customer of popular women’s health company, Gladrags, relayed her recent experience at the hands of the TSA via email.

In short, she was asked to walk through a radiation firing naked body scanner and complied. The scanner produced a naked image of her, but because her sanitary towel was obscuring her most intimate parts from prying eyes, the TSA agents pulled her aside for a full groin search. Not something to be relished by any person, let alone someone who has previously suffered sexual assault.

Here is the woman’s email in full:

“This email isn’t going to be as polished as I would normally send, but I’m upset and I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else (if I can stop it).

I recently traveled via air, and was subjected to that new scanning device. “No problem,” I thought. I was wearing jeans and a linen tanktop, bra, panties, and one camouflage pantyliner.

I’m a rule follower, so I never have any problems at the airport. Not this time. I was stopped, and then held for 15 minutes while they tried to find a female supervisor. I couldn’t get to my bag, my shawl or my shoes; just standing there while the TSA agents kept me in one place.

Now, I don’t want this to be about bad TSA agents; they were doing their job, they were as delicate as they could be, etc., etc. But what ultimately happened is that I was subjected to search so invasive that I was left crying and dealing with memories that I thought had been dealt with years ago of prior sexual assaults.

    Why?

Because of my flannel panty-liner. These new scans are so horrible that if you are wearing something unusual (like a piece of cloth on your panties) then you will be subjected to a search where a woman repeatedly has to check your “groin” while another woman watches on (two in my case – they were training in a new girl – awesome).

So please, please, tell the ladies not to wear their liners at the airport (I didn’t even have an insert in). I’m a strong, confident woman; I’m an Army vet (which is why those camo liners crack me up), I work full-time and go to graduate school full-time, I have a wonderful husband, and I don’t take any nonsense from anyone. I don’t dramatize, and I don’t exaggerate. I’m trying to give you a sense of who I am so you won’t think that this is a plea for attention, or a jumping on the bandwagon about the recent TSA proposed boycott.

I just don’t want another woman to have to go through the “patting down” because she didn’t know that her glad-rag would be a matter of national security.”

Chalk up another ritual humiliation at the hands of the TSA, protecting us from terrorists by forcing women to remove their underwear napkins and groping their vaginas in public.

    When will this insanity end?

    Time is tight though.
Far more sooner than later, we will become RFID-tagged kettle, if there is no nation wide uprise against the proposterous measures of 'terrorist threat' hoax.

Napolitano Halts Shipment of Packages from Japan as Prelude to Civilian 'Shipper' ID Lockdown
    By Ken Adachi, Editor
    November 27, 2010

For TV entertainment, we normally watch video tapes of Japanese TV sent to us by my wife's relatives living in Japan. We were just notified today from the relative in Japan who sends the box with the tapes that he couldn't send the box to the USA, but the Japanese postal clerk didn't know why when asked for the reason.

We then took a look at Japanese postal web sites to try to find out what's going on and discovered that Janet Napolitano, loyal minion of the NWO takeover agenda and obedient lapdog to the Indonesian Usurper in the White House, had set up new Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shipping restrictions on November 17, 2010 that blocks the shipping of any NON COMMERCIAL parcel into the United States that weighs more than 0.9 pounds (under 16 ounces) without first supplying the Social Security number (or taxpayer ID number) of the RECEPIENT of the package (and it's likely that the new DHS shipping restriction will soon also apply to detailed ID requirements on the part of the person sending the package as well).

I had predicted this scenario would soon unfold in a brief commentary I penned on November 10, 2010 as a prelude commentary to a November 9, 2010 article written by Maidhc Ó Cathail titled The Parcel Bomb Plot – Al-Qaedas Gift to Israel by Maidhc Ó Cathail (Nov. 10, 2010) , I suggested in the last paragraph of my commentary:

"This article posted at Yahoo News gives you the cover story that you are expected to swallow and following this and similar expressions of media Reaction, the Usurper's administration will soon announce the Solution to prevent the self-announced Al-CIAda terrorists from sending any more printer cartridge "bombs" to any synagogue in America. Undoubtedly, the new Solution will require that anyone who wants to ship anything must first establish his identity to the Nth degree with the shipper, whether post office or Fed Ex. etc. This will naturally require many IDs to be shown, forms to be filled out, and probably bio-metric ID tagging-just to play it "safe". You will likely then be issued a smart card of some sort that will "allow" you to ship things. No smart card? No shipping "privileges" is my guesstimate...Ken Adachi"

In a little over two weeks since writing those words, we are now being directly impacted in our home by this latest example of subterfuge and false flag deceit designed to impose a new straight jacket of government imposition and intrusion upon our personal privacy and among those abroad with whom we correspond and receive ordinary mail packages from.

Like the planned TSA "pat-down v X-ray" abuse, it's another, new plank in the NWO Takeover scaffolding It follows the all-too-familiar Problem-Reaction-Solution strategy to a tee. They push ordinary people to the boiling point and then back off somewhat with a compromise "solution", which will, in this case include photo-metric, bio-metric, in-depth history/background details embedded within a smart card which will soon become a requirement if you wish to quickly board an airplane or even receive a box of Irish linen napkins from your grandmother living in Dublin.

The TSA pat-down/X-ray abuse will likely extend to other avenues of transportation in the near future

If we don't get busy and stop the NWO takeover of this country, we will become (and ARE becoming) slaves of the state. A slave is controlled in everything he does or wishes to do. He needs permission from his overlords to do even the simplest of things, as the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank know all too well.

The Patriot Acts must be repealed and the Department of Homeland Security dismantled-- forever. FEMA must be dismantled. The CIA must be dismantled. The control of the Pentagon must be returned to loyal American military men and removed from the hands of the NWO sell-outs who now control that organization,. We must remove from office the politicians who have enabled these treasonous acts to be passed. Those with the capacity must take it upon themselves to challenge in courts, high and low, every instance of government imposition upon our Constitutional rights.

Like John Tyner Jr, who decided to stand up for his dignity and constitutional rights by refusing to cave in to the outrageous and unreasonable demands of the TSA when he wanted to board a local flight out of San Diego airport a little over a week ago, we must also take a stand and ACTIVELY participate in the rescue of this country, its people, and its constitution.

    Ken Adachi

    Fabricating Terror
    By Paul Craig Roberts
    11-30-10

Why does the FBI orchestrate fake terror plots?

The latest one snared Osman Mohamud, a Somali-American teenager in Portland, Oregon. The Associated Press report by William Mall and Nedra Pickler (11-27-10) is headlined in Yahoo News: "Somali-born teen plotted car-bombing in Oregon."

This is a misleading headline as the report makes it clear that it was a plot orchestrated by federal agents. Two sentencesinto the news report we have this: "The bomb was an elaborate fake supplied by the [FBI] agents and the public was never in danger, authorities said."

The teenager was supplied with a fake bomb and a fake detonator.

Three sentences later the reporters contradict the quoted authorities with a quote from Arthur Balizan, special agent in charge of the FBI in Oregon: "The threat was very real."

The reporters then contradict Balizan: "White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said Saturday that president Barack Obama was aware of the FBI operation before Friday's arrest. Shapiro said Obama was assured that the FBI was in full control of the operation and that the public was not in danger."

Then Shapiro contradicts himself by declaring: "The events of the past 24 hours underscore the necessity of remaining vigilant against terrorism here and abroad."

The story arrives at its Kafka highpoint when President Obama thanks the FBI for its diligence in saving us from the fake plot the FBI had fabricated.

After vacillating between whether they are reporting a real plot or a orchestrated one, the reporters finally come down on the side of orchestration. Documents released by US Attorney Dwight Holton "show the sting operation began in June." Obviously, the targeted Portland teenager was not hot to trot. The FBI had to work on him for six months. The reporters compare "the Portland sting" to the recent arrest in Virginia of Faroque Ahmed who was ensnared in a "bombing plot that was a ruse conducted over the past six months by federal officials."

Think about this. The FBI did a year's work in order to convince two people to participate in fake plots.

If you are not too bright and some tough looking guys accost you and tell you that they are Al Qaeda and expect your help in a terrorist operation, you might be afraid to say no, or you might be thrilled to be part of a blowback against an American population that is indifferent to their government's slaughter of people of your ethnicity in your country of origin. Whichever way it falls, it is unlikely the ensnared person would ever have done anything beyond talk had the FBI not organized them into action. In other cases the FBI entices people with money to participate in its fake plots.

Since 9/11, the only domestic "terrorist plot" that I recall that was not obviously organized by the FBI is the "Times Square plot" to which Faisal Shahzad pleaded guilty to trying to set off a car bomb in Manhattan. This plot, too, is suspicious. One would think that a real terrorist would have a real bomb, not a smoke bomb.

In his May 19, 2009 article (reprinted Nov. 27, 2010), Joe Quinn collects some of the fake plots, some of which were validated by torture confessions and others by ignorant and fearful juries. The US government comes up with a plot, an accused, and tortures him until he confesses, or the government fabricates a case and takes it to jurors who know that they cannot face their neighbors if they let off a media-declared "terrorist."

Perhaps the most obvious of these cases is "the Miami seven," a hapless group of Christian-Zionist-Muslims that called themselves the "Sea of David" and were quietly living in a Florida warehouse awaiting biblical end times. Along came the FBI posing as Al Qaeda and offered them $50,000 and an Al Qaeda swearing-in ceremony.

The FBI told them that they needed to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago and various government buildings. An honest reporter at Knight Ridder revealed: "The Justice (sic) Department unveiled the arrests with an orchestrated series of news conferences in two cities, but the severity of the charges compared with the seemingly amateurish nature of the group raised concerns among civil libertarians," who noted that the group had "no weapons, no explosives."

The Justice (sic) Department and tamed media made a big show out of the "militaristic boots" worn by the hapless "plotters," but the FBI had bought the boots for them.

The biggest piece of evidence against the hapless group was that they had taken photos of "targets" in Florida, but the US government had equipped them with cameras.

The US government even rented cars for its dupes to drive to take the pictures.

It turns out that the group only wanted the $50,000, but an American jury convicted them anyhow.

When the US government has to go to such lengths to create "terrorists" out of hapless people, an undeclared agenda is being served. What could this agenda be?

The answer is many agendas. One agenda is to justify wars of aggression that are war crimes under the Nuremberg standard created by the US government itself. One way to avoid war crimes charges is to create acts of terrorism that justify the naked aggressions against "terrorist countries."

Another agenda is to create a police state. A police state can control people who object to their impoverishment for the benefit of the superrich much more easily than can a democracy endowed with constitutional civil liberties.

Another agenda is to get rich. Terror plots, whether real or orchestrated, have created a market for security. Dual Israeli citizen Michael Chertoff, former head of US Homeland Security, is the lobbyist who represents Rapiscan, the company that manufactures the full body porno-scanners that, following the "underwear bomber" event, are now filling up US airports. Homeland Security has announced that they are going to purchase the porno-scanners for trains, buses, subways, court houses, and sports events. How can shopping malls and roads escape? Recently on Interstate 20 west of Atlanta, trucks had to drive through a similar device. Everyone has forgotten that the underwear bomber lacked required documents and was escorted aboard the airliner by an official.

The "war on terror" provides an opportunity for a few well-connected people to become very rich. If they leave Americans with a third world police state, they will be living it up in Gstaad.

This despite the fact that everyone on the planet knows that it is not lactating mothers, children, elderly people in walkers and wheelchairs, members of Congress, members of the military, nuns, and so on, who are members of Al Qaeda plotting to bring aboard a bomb in their underwear, their shoes, their shampoo and face creams.

Indeed, bombs aboard airliners are a rare event.

What is it really all about? Could it be that the US government needs terrorist events in order to completely destroy the US Constitution? On November 24, National Public Radio broadcast a report by Dina Temple-Raston: "Administration officials are looking at the possibility of codifying detention without trial and are awaiting legislation that is supposed to come out of Congress early next year." Of course, the legislation will not come out of Congress. It will be written by Homeland Security and the Justice (sic) Department. The impotent Congress will merely rubber-stamp it.

The obliteration of habeas corpus, the most necessary and important protection of liberty ever institutionalized in law and governing constitution, has become necessary for the US government, because a jury might acquit an alleged or mock "terrorist" or framed person whom the US government has declared prior to the trial will be held forever in indefinite detention even if acquitted in a US court of law. The attorney general of the United States has declared that any "terrorist" that he puts on trial who is acquitted by a jury will remain in detention regardless of the verdict. Such an event would reveal the total lawlessness of American "justice."

The United States of America, "the city upon the hill," "the light unto the world," has become Nazi Germany. It was the practice of the Gestapo to ignore court verdicts and to execute or hold indefinitely the cleared defendant in the camps. The Obama regime is in the process of completing Dick Cheney's dream by legislating the legality of indefinite detention. American law has collapsed to the dungeons of the Dark Ages.

This Nazi Gestapo policy is now thedeclared policy of the US Department of Justice (sic).

Anyone who thinks the United States is a free society where people have liberty, "freedom and democracy" is uninformed.

When technology increases it will get worse. I do not see an end to it anytime soon. Unless by some miracle, new people get elected and downsize some of the bills that are being passed right now. So have hope for the future. Right now it does not look so good.

In regards to the new Copyright Website Bill:

I happen to pay for my website that I am running right now. It is a new site. the material is my own. I own the copyrights. However, there are many forums, blogs, etc. that already link to much copyrighted material. Blog formatted websites also have links to news articles that contain videos, pictures, and audio. If that law gets passed they would have to go through every site with a fine toothed comb. Or create new spider bots.

Many people are also out of work and depend on these sites for income. If a fee gets slapped on someone without a job, what do they do?
Especially if they are on a tight budget. We were never free. We only thought we were free. It will get to the point where there will be so many laws, that every time you turn around you are breaking the law without even knowing it.

An unreal illusion of control, fear, and big big government. The guys with ties sit at tables looking for more ways to make money. Make more laws to fine people for more money. But if most people are out of work and breaking the law they get no money. it is a paradox. Does this mean Jail time for internet users? If it gets that bad, I will be calling my local cable company and canceling my internet. But first I will make sure to get out of the paperless mode for all my bills. It will be a lifestyle change for me if it gets out of hand.

You bring up an interesting point Suriel.

I am quite sure that if they targeted this forum that they could shut it down on copyright infringement. One thing posted improperly would give them grounds to shut the whole site down.

This has kinda started with Alex Jones. Youtube and Google are saying they are cutting him out as he posted something in regards to the Wiki-leaks Iraq attack that "threatened" national security. This is a little different than copyright, but the point is they went through his stuff looking for one little needle in the haystack.

Google & You Tube Ban Alex Jones

What can we legally cut and paste? Anyone know?

Usually if copyright you can put out the first paragraph to identify the topic and post the link. At GLP they C&P up to 50%. I think it is important to site the source. When in doubt just a sentence or two with the link would be a good rule of thumb and a summary with your opinion or take on the highlights.

Also, at GLP there are some sites that are never allowed content posted and they have a block to prevent it if using the link to that particular site.

Well I have a plug in on my blog. It is a Source plugin. It gives the first paragraph of the article then provides a link to the original article.
Would this new Bill affect that in any way? What about Yahoo. Maybe they should shut them down too. Maybe they should shut down Google. Both of those companies post copyrighted material everyday. After all the law should apply to everyone.

The "Hi Tech" Corporate Police State: "Reengineering" the Internet ... for Persistent Surveillance - Ghost in the Machine: Secret State Teams Up with Ad Pimps to Throttle Privacy
    by Tom Burghardt
    03-12-2010

The secret world of "cyber situational awareness" is a spymaster's wet dream, made all the more alluring by the advent of ultra high speed computing and the near infinite storage capacity afforded by massive server farms and the ubiquitous "cloud."

Within that dusky haze, obscured by claims of national security or proprietary business information, take your pick, would you bet your life that the wizards of misdirection and deception care a whit that you really are more than a disembodied data point?

Lost in the debate surrounding privacy invasion and data mining however, is the key role that internet service providers (ISPs) play as intermediaries and gatekeepers. From their perch, ISPs peer deeply into and collect and analyze the online communications of tens of millions of users simultaneously, in real-time.

Concerted efforts to eliminate online anonymity, in managed democracies and authoritarian regimes alike, are greatly enhanced by the deployment of deep packet inspection (DPI) sensors and software on virtually all networks.

Post  Micjer Sat Dec 04, 2010 7:46 am

UPDATED FRI, DEC. 3 11:25 AM CST —
This is an update on the now-confirmed bizarre cancellation of the "Police State" FEMA camp episode from TruTV's schedule, which is we now know is due to background pressure.

Alex Jones, a consultant to the show who appears in "Police State", noticed three weeks ago that the episode was scheduled to air before the then-newest episode on Fridays at 10 PM EST / 9 PM CST. Alex knew that encore episodes were consistently replayed over-and-over prior to brand new Friday premiere episodes, so red flags went up when it did not re-air like all the others. Now that more inconsistencies have been documented, Alex made some phone calls to get to the bottom of the matter.

This morning, Alex spoke with Gov. Jesse Ventura and discovered that he was fully aware of the fact that "Police State" had been pulled due to pressure from within the government. The former Minnesota governor and star of the show indicated that he's not ready to make a full statement yet as he's still investigating the details and talking with network execs. However, Ventura urged that people have a right as citizens to contact TruTV and let them know that they want to see it back on air.

PHOENIX - It seems like this may be a new trend -- having someone take video of you stripped down and walking through a Transportation Security Administration checkpoint so it can be posted to YouTube.

Check out the video of Mike Mueller, who apparently walked through Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix in his Speedo swimwear. On his back was written "I Heart TSA."

Some websites use browser flaw to expose where you've gone
    By JORDAN ROBERTSON, AP

Dozens of websites have been secretly harvesting lists of places that their users previously visited online, everything from news articles to bank sites to pornography, a team of computer scientists found.

The information is valuable for con artists to learn more about their targets and send them personalized attacks. It also allows e-commerce companies to adjust ads or prices — for instance, if the site knows you've just come from a competitor that is offering a lower price.

Although passwords aren't at risk, in harvesting a detailed list of where you've been online, sites can create thorough profiles on its users.

The technique the University of California, San Diego researchers investigated is called "history sniffing" and is a result of the way browsers interact with websites and record where they've been. A few lines of programming code are all a site needs to pull it off.

This why I stay away from some websites. You never know who is tracking who. I would be careful around .mil and certain .gov sites.

Ever noticed that on some websites, the ads pop up promoting things in your home area? This can only be done if everyone is being tracked.

Yes, I'm aware of this. Yes, it is a nusiance. No, I don't like it. I will still go wherever it suits me and won't purchase, out of sheer protest - anything that comes my way (including annoying pop-ups) because of this. In fact - we are becoming like many others who work two jobs to keep the basic bills paid (increase in gas and food has doubled here since we first came) so we now just stick with purchasing basics and forget the rest.

Most items I purchase off the net and avoid malls like the plague. I find better buys and save money by not driving around along with having items delivered at home or to the homes of those we're sending gifts to. How cool is that?

I do look forward to a nice EMP on one level (which would force us into another whole different life style) and will continued to enjoy what is here until that time, if ever.
