In 1946 the Rand Corporation and The U.S. Air Force Correctly Predicted what the Magnetic Poles Would do In Our Time Now. This is what they said the magnetic poles would do back in 1946:

Once the North magnetic Pole crossed the 180 degree line, it entered into the other side of the planet heading towards Siberia.

I believe this conclusively shows that our magnetic poles are shifting and the geographical poles are slowly following suit. This is the reason we are experiencing so many earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, wild and extreme weather and mass animal deaths. Animals like birds, honeybees, fish and whales rely on their body compasses to survive and now they are getting lost and perishing in large numbers. People all over the world are noticing the sun setting in a different place than it normally does for that time of year.
When flowing lava hits water it hardens quickly and locks in a sort of snap shot of the earths magnetism and direction. Geologist take samples of these and have found that the magnetism has reversed going back through our history, and not just once but multiple times.
