thanks, all u warm souls...have a million queries, and yet none, if you know what i mean; but i think i will first check out the faqs...in the meantime, i did check a post on "pineal" and came up with nice stuff; if you don't mind me asking, the squidoo site advocates garlic for decalcification...isnt that considered tamasic and/or rajasic, hence to be avoided??

Regular is that the garlic spirits crumble the crown chakra flower, like the onion scrumbles the third eye,
so both are avoided in temple foods. But them make good medicines...

glands are like multilayered flowers too, so loove them, talk to them and ask/please them into it...
sing your name, Decalcify with overtones, mandalas, solarlaser ect...

well, the desire is present, of course..one just feels that one's knowledge is zilch or thereabout, hence the feeling of helplessness, bordering on frustration.

i did watch david searle' videos (thank you, mudra, and all others)...all so nice, and moving; so then, each and every one of us souls does fall in a "group" that will/will not ascend...? really cut and dry like that, and that too over a span of around 12 months?

also, another video [sacred knowledge of vibrations and power of human emotions] on youtube about many things, including the wake up call for beings of light from the Pleiadians (hope i got the spelling right)is so feel good (ah, the music!)..all this about them n the lizzies...how true is it

I would'nt pay much attention to this aum.
I am pretty sure no one here is using it.
It's just part of a basic forum pattern we got
from forum.com not a feature that was intentionally added
there by our forum administrator Mercuriel.

We may disagree at times but that does'nt make us enemies.
