Just for the record I haven't seen Docs vids for today and I haven't had the time to see anything else on that front. So I wanted to write this post before seeing the situation.
Soooo. If I am correct, and that is still a sharp learning curve, there should be on the eastern limb, the side that is coming into view, a growing sun spot. I have a m6/7 flare at 22.30UT on the 5th and a X1/2 on the 6th at 16.30 UT.
If there is no emerging sun spot, then its back to drawing board. I have had major problems in the timing. I have a feeling that if we had a up to date cosmic ray speed, the cosmic particles hitting the Heliosphere, then I think that would make prediction alot easier. Next step is to calibrate the EQs.
Anyway will get onto docs case and see what the reality is.
